Our staff will provide you with:

-Wristbands (to be worn while on property, they cannot be loosened once tighten)

-Parking passes (one pass for the main garage (blue) and one for the overflow lot next to the building (orange).

-We provide a complimentary set of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, and shampoo.

Most units have a washer and dryer, if your unit does not have a washer and dryer, please use coin operated laundry on the first floor as needed.

Please Note: The building security is managed by a separate company and enforces the building policies. The list of building policies can be found on the welcome packet, which will be provided upon check-in as well as the beach flag system and WIFI information.

Location is great and the view from the balcony is great. The bed was very uncomfortable and there were visible stains on the comforter. I had to wash the comforter before being able to sleep with it. Not many pots and pans and no working can opener.

Spacious and convenient

The condo is very spacious, however the furniture is old and uncomfortable. The bedroom tv did not work and the one in the living room is too small to see from where the sofa is located in such a large space. It was clean and had all of the accommodations we needed for our stay. The mattress was fine and we liked being located near the elevator into the coffee shop. It could easily be made much nicer for a little more $.

The stay was just OK.This resort has limited amenities the pool is nice but security was harassing everyone at the pool.The condo was nice but not 100% clean.There was sand everywhere even the balcony.The top sheet on king bed in master was dirtynastyimmediatelybnasty.
