I come to homosassa once a year, but normally I stay somewhere a little bit further out and just come for the day. This year I decided to actually stay in homosassa, and the house was perfect! The location was so close to homosassa springs State Park, which I love, and it wasn't far from restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do. Everything was clean and perfect. And I loved the hot tub!

Cute Getaway

Clean and nice place to stay. We enjoyed the dock and outdoor area.The futon was surprisingly comfortable to sleep on with a great memory foam mattress!

We had a wonderful time and the house was spotless. The communication was super quick and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed. If you like paddling in a kayak or on a paddleboard, the location is perfect and there’s a lot of coves to explore.We’ve decided that we will definitely stay here again

Pleasant stay on the canal

My family enjoyed our stay. It was nice , clean and had most of what we needed. My son enjoyed that there were a few poles to fish from the dock. Had the pleasure of seeing an otter one morning. 100% would book again.

Beautiful property

Little bit away from restaurants etc so needed to drive but the property was lovely and very well presented. We’ve been going to Florida for a number of years and this was one of the best presented houses we have stayed in.

Gulf side stay

Nicely sorted vacation rental. Very clean and welcoming. There's a few things I would change, like the kitchen door stop we stubbed our toes on every morning, but overall we enjoyed the house.

Perfect 4th of July weekend stay!

This house was perfect in every way we could have imagined! The house was very clean and welcoming, the boat dock fit our 24ft boat with more then enough room. This house location was also Perfect for scalloping. This house had everything we needed and we would definitely book it again to stay 😁

Wonderful house - very well thought out for renters!

This house looks like it was the “after” of an HGTV house flip show. It was very clean, looked brand new and every detail was thought out for what a renter would need. We were a family of four and had plenty of space and enjoyed the outdoor space, dock and kayaks. The hot tub was great and super easy to use. They even have snacks, waters and cups. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Awesome little house on the water

Our family had a great time. My wife loved the decor, the boat slip was perfect for our little 19' boat, and the kids all loved taking a little dip in the hot tub. Hosts were very responsive, and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area. We also enjoyed being a bit further from the Crystal River area where our friends stayed, because it really did have a much more quaint feeling where this home is located.

Nice and Clean

We had an enjoyable stay in Homosassa. The house was very clean inside and worked pretty well for us during our 10 day stay. The beds are soft but comfortable. Plenty of towels and there is a washer/dryer which we did use a few times. We absolutely love the area as there is such an abundance of wildlife to see. We kayaked several times during our stay and saw several manatees one day as well as bad eagles daily. Overall, a good experience.

Scalloping fun!

This place was PERFECT! Everything we needed and more. It was crystal clean and remodeled so nicely. I actually got some ideas for my house! The owners were so responsive and accommodating to all of my questions. We went scalloping in crystal river. I would recommend bringing bug spray if you are going to go out to the dock or backyard. The hot tub was a great addition! We plan to return to stay again as it was again, the perfect little spot. :)

The best rental I’ve ever stayed in!

This was such a beautifully decorated house, every detail was thought out so well. It had everything we needed. We cooked a little at the house and had everything there for that! It’s absolutely gorgeous little house! Our trip consisted of my 7 year old and my spouse and one night our friends came over from our Hometown to stay. My son loved fishing from the dock! The location is so close to everything, we rented a golf cart and was able to go to all the neat little places for food and drinks. The house was the perfect size for what we needed, the hot tub was so great each night! The communication with the host was so easy and quick with any questions I had. I HIGHLY recommend staying here! When we come back to homasassa, I will definitely book here again! Thanks for a great stay! You definitely set the bar really high!

Great Place!

Loved staying in this little bungalow of a house! Loved all of the decorations and the details. I felt very much at home. We appreciated all of the small gestures the host left us like a thank you note, coffee, water bottles, chapstick, hand sanitizer, life jackets, coffee creamer, and so much more! I would highly recommend staying here.
