PAYMENT INFORMATION
As a VRBO Integrated Property Manager (IPM), our payment process works a little differently than a standard booking. When booking, VRBO will collect the service fee at checkout to secure your reservation. After booking, you will receive a separate invoice from our team via QuickBooks to complete your rental payment. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as Apple Pay.

WHAT IS AN INTEGRATED PROPERTY MANAGER
As an Integrated Property Manager (IPM), we are certified by Vrbo to process rental payments directly through our own secure payment system. This means your payment is split into two separate transactions:
1. The VRBO service fee is collected by VRBO at checkout.
2. Your rental cost, fees, taxes, and any refundable damage deposit are invoiced directly by us after booking and processed through our secure payment system.
This setup is used by professional property management companies that meet Vrbo's standards for payment processing, guest communication, and property care. It allows us to manage your booking end to end -- meaning faster support, more flexible payment options, and a single point of contact for anything related to your stay.
Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely. You will never be asked to pay outside of our official QuickBooks invoicing system. Please note that you may receive a booking confirmation from VRBO before your rental invoice has been processed -- this is normal and expected.
