Two bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds, while the third bedroom includes three twin beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for up to seven guests. The spacious living room and large, fully equipped kitchen make it easy to gather, cook, and enjoy time together.

Important information about the property: This home is one of two completely separate units within the property. The other unit is occupied by a resident and has its own separate entrance and separate driveway. The two units do not share living spaces, entrances, or driveways. Guests staying in this home have exclusive use of the beautiful backyard and outdoor areas described below. Nothing in the backyard, deck, patio, or other guest outdoor spaces is shared with the other unit. We want to make this arrangement clear so guests know exactly what to expect before booking.

Outside, you’ll find a beautiful private yard with lush green grass, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The backyard features a BBQ grill, hammock, and a large dining table with chairs, creating the ideal setting for outdoor meals and family gatherings. The yard is fully fenced, offering additional privacy and a peaceful atmosphere.

Guests can also enjoy the front patio and a rear deck overlooking the yard. For your convenience, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and bicycles are available for use during your stay.

The property offers ample parking, including a two-car enclosed garage and a private driveway with space for two additional vehicles. The home combines modern comforts with a warm and inviting atmosphere suitable for guests of all ages.

Please note that while the front yard is not fenced, it is professionally maintained. Pets are welcome, but we kindly ask that they be walked outside the property for bathroom needs and not use the yard for this purpose.

Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of consideration for everyone on the property.
