For the apartment, I have developed a smart and modern floor plan, which meets the requirement of a contemporary holiday. The furniture is made to measure for optimal use of space. They integrate perfectly into the style of the apartment.

The living area is open and light. Wicker furniture emphasize this ease. TV and radio are received via cable; CD and DVD are available.

The kitchenette is integrated into the living area and fits in optically well. It is equipped with a hot air oven with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and plenty of closet space. The kitchen equipment is high quality and with design items such. For example, the kitchenware SOLID COLOR from DIBBERN, kitchen utensils from MENU, ASA, WMF, LINUM, etc., just to name a few.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed B180cm x L 200cm with single mattresses. There is plenty of closet space to bring one or the other sweater or a nice evening outfit.
By the way: If the ransacked clothes should not be enough, a washing machine is available in the basement; Clothes dryer, iron u.-board are in the apartment.

In the bathroom light gray natural slate dominates in line with the large mirror surfaces. Bathroom furniture and shower are individually made and tailored to the room.

The southwest facing balcony, has a size of about 9m ² and is very spacious. Equipped with seating and tub plants, it offers just the right setting for a sun-downer after a hard day at the beach.

On the day of arrival, the holiday property is available from 15:00.
On the day of departure you must leave the holiday home by 10:00 clock at the latest.
