The spacious apartment on the ground and first floor of the beach resort in a beautiful south-facing location offers many amenities and upscale amenities for relaxing and relaxing days right on the marina. The extensive beach and the modern pier can be reached in just a few steps over the Dünenweg. Restaurants and shopping can be found in the city center and in the harbor. Both can be reached in about five minutes.
With a wonderful view over the marina you will never be bored. Start your holiday with a good breakfast on the sunny terrace and watch the bustle in the marina.
The open kitchen with adjoining dining and living area is flooded with light through the large floor to ceiling windows and provides a cozy atmosphere. In the evening you can end the day on cold autumn and winter evenings by the warming stove. The living area has a large LED Smart TV with Blu-Ray / DVD player and X-Box-360. There is also a mini-CD system with i-phone / i-pod connection. The entire apartment has underfloor heating.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub with shower facilities, underfloor heating and towel radiators.
After an eventful day, you can relax in the large double bed with single mattresses and enjoy a peaceful night. Also in the bedroom, the large wardrobe provides enough storage space and another LED Smart TV for entertainment.
The second bedroom has two single beds and another closet and also a LED Smart TV.
Both bedrooms have access to the sheltered loggia overlooking the marina.
The modern bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a floor-level shower, sauna, underfloor heating, towel radiator and washing machine.
Directly on the building you have a reserved parking space.
At Strand-Resort-Heiligenhafen you can leave your car safely. Whether beach, harbor or city, everything can be easily reached on foot. Enjoy a few relaxing holidays in our beautiful apartment.

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter, waren in 2023 schon zu viert in der wunderschönen Wohnung. Haben
Wir sind Wiederholungstäter, waren in 2023 schon zu viert in der wunderschönen Wohnung. Haben gleich im Herbst 2023 für Mai 2024 wieder gebucht. Lage ist hervorragend, muss man natürlich mögen, bei starkem Wind das Geklapper der Segelboote von der Marina zu hören. Wir schlafen mit Ohrstöpseln, von daher geht’s. Betten sind etwas zu weich, sehr schade. Kommen bestimmt gerne wieder, aber jetzt sind erstmal andere Unterkünfte dran ;)
