Cozy Clean House
We enjoyed our stay with extended family at this property. The inside was immaculately clean and comfortable. The bonus room was a great space to make it feel extra roomy! The washer/dryer, coffee pot, french press(!) water dispenser, toiletries, linens, internet service were all a great touch and worked perfectly. It's cozy but not cluttered which is appreciated. Some info that might be helpful - the driveway is unexpectedly steep and will require a car with good traction and oomph. This was the only thing that took us by surprise and caused a bit of stress. The asphalt side was easier to navigate than the gravel side (because of skidding), but both sides are steep, so take that into consideration. A rooster lives nearby and those staying in the bonus room heard him loud and clear every morning from around 6 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. Family in other rooms did not hear him at all (but they also had sound machines.) The kitchen utensils are enough to complete basic cooking with pots and pans. Don't expect to do extensive baking or complex cooking (no 9 x 13 baking dishes, pie plates or cookie sheets that I recall.). The dishes and mugs are nice. Paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and trash bags were provided. Bring laundry soap and dishwasher detergent. One recommendation for the owners is to put a house number down by the road and on the house. We went to the asphalt side of the house first and were unsure if it was the correct location. The walk to the back of the house to enter with the key code was easy. We didn't use the patio because of weather, but it was lovely and secluded. We loved the automatic lock - no need to keep track of keys was great! The main bath would benefit from an exhaust fan. This house is in a neighborhood with a lot of houses up on a mountainside, but is still private and set apart from the others. Very quaint and cozy. 5 stars for sure. The recommendations I give will just make it 5+. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home away from home
I am sorry we could only stay one night. Beautifully decorated with all the essentials. Super comfortable beds. Lots of space. The hosts obviously care about hospitality and making their guests at home. I would love to stay here again Neighborhood is a little strange, but that can be overlooked
