My mom brought my 3 daughters up for a weekend away and stayed here. They all loved it! It was clean, had upgraded cooking appliances, and plenty of comfortable sleeping space. The host was great with excellent communication with us all! Will definitely be staying again!
The basement apartment worked for us. Living and kitchen was comfortable. Hot tub was removed during our stay. Technically could sleep a bunch with 5 beds in 2 rooms. Bathroom was small and shower may be tight for a plus size person. Quiet location but easy access to town and stores. No separate heat from main house so we used a space heater our entire stay. You get some noise from upstairs owner and dogs. Overall was clean, comfortable and worked well for our stay.
My husband and drove from WI, when we arrived the instructions she left were perfect. The apartment is very well done, they thought of everything. Highly reccomend. Owner is on site, however keeps to herself, unless you need her for anything, very friendly. Can only give 5 stars but would give it more ❤️
Great space, love how well equipped the kitchen was. We did lots of cooking and had everything we needed. There was even coffee and seasonings. We had a great stay.
My family of 6 was midway through a weeklong road trip that included parts of the Lake sSuperior circle and the upper peninsula of Michigan. The location was perfect for a couple days to stop and rest and spread out before we headed back out. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our host was very responsive and welcoming. This apartment is in the basement of the home that the host resides in, but we were never burdened by noises from upstairs.
The check in was super easy, we were greated by the hosted as it was some bad weather when we arrived. She was very friendly and made sure we were ok! She kept to herself in her house above the little apartment. The apartment was amazingly stocked so we didnt have to bring anything but ourselves, clothes, and our food to cook. There was no sauna like listed (we didnt care about that). Us and the kids really the hot tub while it snowed just a little bit! KIDS FAVORITE PART! Would definitely consider going again. Perfect place to see some sites.
We had a great time. Comfortable. Lots of amenities. Everything we needed and great communication when we had questions. So peaceful and quiet! Will definitely stay again when we visit family the next time.
I loved the property the only confusing part was which door to enter through when you first arrive . The town is gorgeous in the fall and on chilly nights the hot tub was a nice touch
Kellan was such a great host. She instantly responded when I had a question and was more than willing to help me at any time. We had good conversation and since I was traveling alone, she made me feel safe.
Check in was easy, location was easy to find and close to all the things we were wanting to do. Host is on site and very nice. Beds are comfortable. Would stay again if back in the area.
