✔ You will be started with 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, a couple of trash bags, 1 sponge + dish soap, 5 bath towels/2 beach towels/3 wash cloths/1 hand towel/5 kitchen towels. The shower will be stocked with shampoo/bodywash/conditioner. You will be started with some kitchen supplies such as salt/pepper, ground coffee, some sugar packets and some stir sticks. (There is no washer/dryer access, coin laundry about 1 mile).

✨️✨️BIKES are there for guest use but not guaranteed, there is a hand pump for guest to use to pump up tires, these are beach cruisers with coaster brakes meaning the brakes are not immediate, they coast before coming to a complete stop

✨️✨️This is a ground level suite with private entrance and keyless entry. The owners and their pup live on the top floor and are courteous of all guests however you may hear footsteps from time to time. We will always give our guest privacy, but if you need us please feel free to message us

Great place to stay

My daughter and I loved our stay at Truly Grateful Beach Suite. The place was clean and we had everything we need for our stay. We were impressed that the owners thought of all single details which made us feel welcomed and comfortable.

Outer Banks vacation

HI, This property is highly recommended- great location a mile from the Wright Bros Memorial Park- close to everything in Outer Banks. The property itself is a great unit perfect for a couple or possibly 2-4 people. Charlotte the owner keeps it clean, very well maintained and decorated with most amenities you would possibly need. Her communication was on point from the reservation through our stay. I would recommend this place and would not hesitate to book it again!

Close to everything

The overall experience was great. The host was amazingly responsive, the place extremely clean and well kept. Would recommend if you are looking for a short ride to the beach and restaurants.

Just what we needed

This is a great place to stay to explore the Outer Banks. It’s close to everything, the beach, plenty of bars and restaurants, and many other attractions. Charlotte was easy to communicate with, complete privacy, but was available if we needed anything. Well stocked kitchen and whatever you may need for the beach! Loved our stay.

Cozy and convenient location!

A very nice, cozy space with 2 bikes & beach gear…The location is perfect for walks or bike rides along a path next to sound and access to nearby beaches. The central location is also great to venture to 4WD beaches on Nags Head to the south- surfing on Corolla beaches to the north or tours on Roanoke which we took advantage of. Host was also great!!! I highly recommend!!

Absolutely Wonderful!

Charlotte’s property is adorable, easy to access, perfectly sized and had every amenity we needed for our long weekend get-away. It’s in an adorable neighborhood in the middle of the best the Outer Banks of NC has to offer. It was squeaky clean and the decor is great. Charlotte was so helpful and accommodating, and we were thrilled with every aspect of our stay. Book this cute little place for yourself now!

Everything about our stay was perfect and just as described. Charlotte was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond by providing little essentials like Ziploc bags, dish soap, sponges, a stand-up fan, etc. They may seem like small touches, but they made a big difference—especially since I’ve had to buy or pack those myself at other rentals. Charlotte was also very easy to reach and quick to respond. I’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing OBX getaway who doesn’t need a full house!

Great weekend hideaway

This is an excellent spot for a weekend getaway in the OBX. Charlotte and Josh think of everything. You have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, AND all your linens stocked. Need to know where to go? No problem, they have a whole book with QR codes for various restaurants and attractions. Close to all the hot spots in Kill Devil Hills, Kitty Hawk, and Nag’s Head, we will be staying here again for certain!!

Anniversary Weekend

The place was spacious, cozy and clean. It was located very close to the beaches and walking distance to sound. The owners were prompt in their communication and very nice. The place has everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The best part is they thought of everything, from towels, beach chairs, bikes, and well place outlets to charge up electronics! The internet was strong too! We will definitely stay again if we return to the OBX.

Perfect little getaway in a great area!

The hosts were very responsive and we were treated us to TWO big croissants and delicious peach and mango jam from a local bakery and 2 bottles of water in the fridge, upon arrival. The kitchenette was perfect for us - there is a little toaster oven along with a microwave and 2 plate electric stovetop. One convenient, nice touch is the outlet/USB ports on each side of the bed. If we get the chance in the future, I'd definitely will book again! Thanks for the great time.

Perfect spot

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Truly Grateful. Charlotte was very accommodating to our requests and everyone was comfortable with the arrangement. It was easy to cook for the family rather than dine out for every meal. There was plenty of blankets, pillows, and space to unpack and keep the place tidy. I especially was grateful for the beach equipment and my teenager enjoyed the weights :) We enjoyed many activities at the Outer Banks and even grilled outside on the patio one night. I wouldn’t hesitate booking this Vrbo for the good value!

Absolutely wonderful vacation!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Charlotte‘s home. The house was perfect for what we were looking for, it was incredibly clean and Charlotte thought of every detail. She provided everything needed as well as lots of additional fun things like bikes, beach chairs, sand toys. There wasn’t anything else we could have wanted or felt like we were missing. She was even so thoughtful to leave us a sweet welcoming gift our first day. The suite was located within about 10 minutes of just about anything we wanted to go do. We would highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

We were very pleased with the property and location. It was very clean and comfortable (the bed was super comfy) and perfect for the 2 of us. It had everything we needed for our OBX stay such as beach chairs, 2 bikes, beach toys, weights, etc. It had a full kitchen and very nice bathroom. As "Seniors" we are not up on all the current technology but the instructions for the TV were excellent. When we arrived we found 2 bagels and homemade jelly, a very nice touch. We were also thrilled at the location as it was a street away from where we lived for 15 years before moving to FL. We will surely return----

WOW!

We were a tad bit skeptical of the listing since it looked new on vrbo. But the pictures looked great, so we booked it. Charlotte was such a great host. She greeted us in the morning since we arrived so late. I mentioned to her that it was our 12th wedding anniversary and upon arriving we found a present for us! That meant so much to my wife and I. The listing is spot on with what it offers. We even floated the idea of later booking it and bring our two boys since the have a sleeper sofa in the back. The place was CLEANNNN and their instructions as hosts were so easy to follow and easy to find. The house sits about 4 minutes away from a beach access but I'd recommend driving a bit closer to Nags head to get great parking and less busy beach during the peak season. Defintely saving this booking for future visits to OBX

The beach and ocean are my happiest places and I love sharing the opportunity for travelers to enjoy the wonderful place i grew up, where The Wright Brothers flew for the first time, the largest living sand dune known as Jockeys Ridge, an NC aquarium, and so much more to explore here.
