Perfect for friends and families alike, this fourth-floor villa is the definition of an ideal beach-cation rental! You and your guests can access the beach via the beach path on site - it's just a short walk away. Or you might as well visit the community outdoor pool for a refreshing splash!

Back home, enjoy the privacy of your covered balcony, which offers incredible views of nature and an outdoor dining area. The air-conditioned interior hosts an inviting living area with comfortable sofas, a coffee table with a small and beautiful coastal-themed Tic-Tac-Toe, and a large TV with cable. The gorgeous wooden table has enough space for everyone, and right next to it is a desk with a desk chair and a printer in case someone needs to work or study from home. The full kitchen is a chef's paradise with modern appliances, including a full-size fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a mini wine cooler. There is a washer/dryer off of the kitchen for added convenience.

The bedrooms have TVs and en suite bathrooms. The guest bedroom has access to a small, private balcony.

Weekend Getaway

We had a good time even though it rain. The property was in a good location. Since it did rain, being on the 4th floor we had a top over the balcony that allowed us to just hang out and relax. Looking forward to coming back and staying here. Just wishing for better weather.

Quiet, clean, great location

Stayed here April 2023 with family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids 9/7/5/3). Great space on 4th floor, which has been remodeled and is very well done. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for our family to spread out. Easy access to pool and beach. Short walk/drive to all that the island has to offer. There is no lobby, restaurant, or bar and the property seemed very quiet which was great for us.

The house was great, nicely designed beach theme, more than enough space for a family of 4. Only issue is Vacasa could and should have informed us the whole beach side of the building was under construction, enjoying the pool with construction noise and dust shouldn't be happening during vacay.

The unit itself was exactly as expected and had everything we needed. Very nice inside and very clean. Easy access to beach. Pool was a bit crowded but not too bad. Only downside was exterior construction going on during our visit. Workers were relatively quiet and the actual work being done didn’t disturb us. Just seeing a very large and overflowing trash dumpster in front of the building wasn’t the ideal sight to see every day. But we’d definitely return.

This unit was in a great location walking distance to everything in Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park. It is well-appointed with a stocked kitchen and starter amenities like soap, shampoo, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and niceties like beach towels, sand toys, etc. When I was there, the unit was in good shape maintenance-wise for a rental, but could have used a deep cleaning to address some things like dusty woodwork, light fixtures, corners of the bathroom, and the bathroom vanity.

Nice Condo, Terrible Communication with Vacasa

Property was just as pictured. Very nice community. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked with the bare essentials so if you're a cook, bring your favorite cookware. If you have a problem while you stay and you need to talk to management at Vacasa, don't hold your breath. I called everyday for a week without a return call. I stopped by the office before checking out on the last day at 9:00am...the manager finally returned my call that evening. She was nice when we spoke but the process of getting a call returned needs a serious overhaul.

Perfect for our girls trip and would bring my 3 kids

We planned our girls 40th birthday trip and stayed at Ocean One for 5 nights. The decor and amount of space in the condo was perfect for our group of 3. I could easily see my family of 5 staying here comfortably. It is very modern with a beachy theme. Though the balcony has a parking lot view, there is a large tree that helps with privacy and shade and the balcony itself is large for a 2-bedroom condo. The pool is very nice and is 130 steps away to the beach. Right next to the beach is a tiki hut with food and drinks and you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach (though we went to a local store and bought chairs and umbrellas- MUCH cheaper). Though the beach location is beside the public beach entrance, we never had trouble getting a spot at the beach in June. There are always little things that could be improved upon anywhere you rent a place (i.e. only 1 trash bag provided for the kitchen trashcan when we were there for 5 nights). But I would definitely come back to this location and specifically this condo! Thank you for a great stay and we can't wait to come back!

*WARNING* Pool is under construction!

Over all the place was great. Location, clean, spacious, remodeled. BUT… when we booked, the listing said nothing about the pool being unavailable. We even double checked to make sure the pool would be heated during our stay. Nothing was ever said! We contacted Vacasa 3 times before they finally gave me the property managers number. The property manager was kind and understanding but didn’t know her property. They said this was the first time they heard of the pool being unavailable, at the time we stayed, Feb 26 to March 5 2023, it had been under construction for well over 2 weeks, and from the looks of it will still be under construction for weeks to come! I don’t appreciate being lied to. My family was looking forward to the pool since the weather at this time of the year is iffy. Still after talking with the property manager she has yet to get back with us about compensation. Very disappointed in the company. I suggest the owners find a new property manager.

After our NYE plans were cancelled we booked this property last min and left the following morning. Our family had never been to HHI and we were looking forward to our visit. The property management company wasn’t great. I emailed them after booking the property with a number of questions about the condo so I would know what to pack (does the condo have games, beach chairs etc). They never responded. They emailed the confirmation and a link we needed to get the door code which didn’t work. On our 16 hour drive I had to call them to see how we could get the code and spent close to 40 mins on the ph with one of their agents. It was a painful process. The condo was clean with the exception of the floors. I’m pretty sure the cleaners haven’t used a mop in ages. My feet & socks were filthy. My husband reached out to the management company and they said they would come by. I never saw them but they might have come while we were out. I think they might have swept but did not wash the floors. All of us used towels before bed to get the filth off our feet before crawling into bed. But once we arrived, the condo was exactly like the photos. The main patio overlooks the parking lot but you would never know it. Huge beautiful trees are right in front. It’s a really pretty view. The property is beach front so it was nice to walk it each day. Lots of lounge chairs by the pool and another section with Muskoka chairs over looking the grasses. I think the building is putting in gas fire pits in this location which will be nice. There are bbq’s on site too. The tiki hut/bar next door had amazing live music each day. Our sons loved golfing each day too. With recommendations from friendly locals we met , we found great restaurants too. The location of the condo was very central. It was a quick 4 day vacation that we loved & would definitely return to. My only complaint and frustration is really with the management company. The condo was fantastic.

This condo is beautiful and very spacious. It has been tastefully updated and the decor is perfect. The balconies don’t face the beach, but they are large and the view is of gorgeous trees and it is very quiet and peaceful. The whole complex is very well maintained and the location can’t be beat.

Great place!

The condo is big, clean, and fully renovated. Easy access to the elevator that leads to the pool and beach. The balcony is over the parking lot, but the trees provide enough privacy to enjoy the outdoor space. Would book this again if no ocean front condos were available.
