Had a great time, really enjoyed the place. Only thing was we couldn’t get the hot tub to get warmer. Other than that my family really enjoyed

Great place to stay with family

The house is much better than the pics ! Lots of room and very comfortable family area . The pool is great and with the covered patio it was perfect to beat the heat . Lots of pool tools my family enjoyed. Highly recommend.

Great location for getting to Balloon Fiesta. Plenty of room. Pool and hot tub excellent. Game room very nice. Beds comfortable. Would like to return during the summer if the cost is less then at balloon fiesta.

The pictures don't do this property justice!

When we walked in it more beautiful than the pictures! Very clean! Very very very soft carpets! We have a 4 year a 6 year and 12 year old all boys. And let me tell you there was something for everyone! I could rave about this place all day but you will have to check it out for yourself! AMAZING!!!
