Everything was very clean and in new condition. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Golf cart had an issue with the blinkers, but the host did their best to get it rectified - we understand these things happen. We loved the proximity to the Water Lily recreation center and the resort-style pool.

This was our second time staying at this location. It is really close to the Brownwood Town Square where there are lots of great places to eat and live music every night. It is also really close to several recreation centers with tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, and many walking trails. We will definitely stay again. Jenny and BK have been great.
