Newly renovated vacation rental with lake views in Falling Waters

The apartment is located in the "Cascades" part of the popular "Falling Waters" complex. It was renovated in summer 2018. All of the equipment was renewed and all rooms were newly furnished in a modern style. From the large south-facing balcony you can enjoy a wonderfully relaxing view of the lake directly adjacent to the apartment.

The apartment has a master bedroom with a king-size bed. The adjoining bathroom has a spacious layout and there is a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two single beds. In addition, a sofa in a separable part of the large living area can be converted into a single bed, so that the second bathroom offers enough space for families with up to 5 people.

Of course, the apartment is air-conditioned. There are three televisions and Internet via WiFi. During the renovation, the entire kitchen equipment, bed linen and bathroom equipment were also renewed. All other devices for daily needs are also available (hair dryer, beach chairs, etc.)

The Falling Waters facility is well maintained and lovingly designed. It has a large pool. There are also tennis courts, bocce courts and a library that can be used free of charge.

There are several large supermarkets in the immediate vicinity of the facility. Downtown Naples can be reached by car in around 10 minutes. A large selection of restaurants and shops are available here. The city has a historic core and is considered one of the most beautiful in Florida. For entertainment there are a number of museums, a concert hall, a botanical garden and a zoo.

Extensive and well-kept sandy beaches border the Naples Pier, and you can find more beaches on the entire east coast of Florida.

From Fort Meyers Airport you can reach the apartment in 30 minutes by car. Direct flights from Germany are offered from Düsseldorf and Munich.

All consumption costs are included in the rent in the customary scope. The facility sets minimum stays so that its rest is not disturbed by frequent short-term tenant changes in the neighborhood. With the registration fee you will receive an access barcode for the car and an access card for the pool area. If problems arise, German-speaking support is available on site.
