Drac 5 is located in a unique location on the first line of the sea on the fine white sandy beach in Cala Santanyí, a small and quiet bay surrounded by pine trees in the southeast of Mallorca, about 50 km from the airport. It is a spacious apartment with a balcony and access to the roof terrace. It has two double bedrooms, one with access to the balcony, two bathrooms, a living room with access to the balcony, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and combi fridge. The dining room has access to an outdoor staircase that leads up to the roof terrace. This terrace is furnished with 4 sun loungers, a table with 4 chairs and a parasol and offers fantastic views of the entire cove. The property is furnished and equipped with satellite TV, central heating and internet. A cot and high chair are provided on request. Bed linen and towels are of course available.



Santanyí, where there are numerous shops, restaurants, bars, large supermarkets and a popular weekly market, is about 3.5 km away.



The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid separately.

A bliss

The most sprctacular view from the balcony and terrace. To hear the waves into the bedroom is a bliss. Nothing really. The most important things you need is already there - the location.

Amazing views

The location is hard to beat! The view is absolutely stunning and it was great to have access to the roof terrace I would suggest getting newer mattresses as they had some springs protruding and dip in the middle… We also missed blinds in the bathroom (overlooking the cove) for when we wanted to shower after dark. The kitchen could be slightly better stocked. Also having anything to create shade on the roof would be greatly appreciated

Beautiful views

Lovely apartment with tremendous views of the bay, ideally situated near the beach. Kitchen was well equipped which was handy as there was only one restaurant open in Cala Santanyi while we were there in March. Good sized fridge. We couldn't make the radiators work in the main lounge, front bedroom and bathroom. However the radiators in the rooms we weren't using were working so, with the internal doors open, it was warm enough for us. A kettle that switches itself off would be good. The sofa also needs replacing soon, the padding at the back has sunk to the bottom making it a bit uncomfortable.

Sehr schönes Appartement in perfekter Lage

Das Appartement hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt! Die Aussicht vom Wohn- und Schlafzimmer auf die Bucht und den Strand war einfach traumhaft. Zusätzlich wurden wir sehr freundlich und kompetent vom gesamten Team empfangen. Parkplatz war ebenfalls vorhanden! Kommen gerne wieder!

Wiederholungstäter

Wir kommen immer gerne ins Drac. Bisher haben wir in drei verschiendenen Wohnungen gewohnt und waren immer sehr zufrieden und haben usn sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick vom Balkon über das Meer und die Bucht ist toll. Die Nähe zu Santayni ist perfekt.

Es como si estuviese en el Paraíso

La ubicación es lo mejor, no está en primera línea, está en línea cero, está cadí dentro del agua, es exactamente, lo que estaba buscando, el apartamento en muy buenas condiciones, para no hay palabras por la satisfacción de mi familia los días que estuvimos hospedados Para mi no hay nada que mejorar está perfecto

Traumurlaub in perfekter Lage

Die Lage, die Klimaanlage, der Herd in der Küche, der Parkplatz vor der Türe, der hilfsbereite Service unten im Haus Ein neues Sofa wäre gut (durchgesessen). Das eine Badzimmer (ohne Fenster) stinkt mal mehr/mal weniger - aber intensiv - nach Kanal (war leider auch schon vor 2 Jahren so). Das Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank ist etwas klein. Den Preis in der Hauptsaison wieder auf 160€/Tag senken.

Traumhaft

Die Lage in erster Reihe mit Blick von der Dachterrasse auf Strand und Bucht ist atemberaubend. Die Ansprechpartnerinnen unten im Gebäude sind superfreundlich und versuchen jeden Extrawunsch zu erfüllen - einfach toll! Die Bucht ist friedlich und safe. :-) Ein neues Sofa.

Traumhafte Lage und Ausblick auf die Bucht

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche dort. Schöne Wohnung, super Ausblick auf die Bucht und schöne Dachterrasse. Einzig die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. So fehlt zB ein Schneidebrett. Aber damit kommt man auch klar.

Traumhafte Lage, toller Blick, gute Ausstattung

Wir waren recht zufrieden, das Apartment Nummer 5 ist eigentlich für sechs Leute ausgerichtet, wobei nur ein Schlafzimmer wirklich nach vorne den Blick hat . Das Apartment ist renoviert und hat komplett neue Bäder. Kleiner Abzug: die Heizung hat nicht bzw nur ganz selten temporär funktioniert.

Traumhafte Lage, direkt am Meer.

Das rauschende Meer liegt dir zu Füßen. Durch das Cafe Drac, unterhalb der Apartementos wird leider durch den Dunstabzug viel warme Luft und Gerüche in die darüber liegenden Wohnungen geblasen.

Super tolles Apartment

Es war einfach alles vorhanden. Auch die Strand und Duschtücher wurden gewechselt. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar mit dieser Aussicht. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub
