Great experiences in Prägraten

We really enjoyed the property. It was fully equipped, cosy and provided us with all that we needed. The sauna is very nice after long day hikes. Important if you would like to charge your EV, you need a 32A CEE plug or a respective adapter for the standard 16A CEE plug. The hosts are very nice and helpful. The area in the valley is very nice and we had a lot of fun exploring the surroundings. Would love to return at some point.

Schönes Haus, schwieriger Vermieter

Das Haus war sehr schön und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war allerdings unverschämt. Die Temperatur des Hauses konnte durch uns nicht verändert werden, erst nach mehrfacher Bitte, wurden 22 Grad eingestellt (Kamin durfte nicht benutzt werden, Steuerung von Heizung und Handtuchtrochner läuft über eine App des Vermieters). Die Info Mappe zum Haus war nicht mehr aktuell, das Gerät zur Kopplung mit der Musikanlage war nicht da, falsche Angaben zu mit der Kaffeemaschine kompatiblen Kapseln/Pads und durch Inhaberwechsel im betreuenden Hotel Heimat haben sich die Ansprechpartner vor Ort geändert.Nach den dadurch bedingten anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten haben wir einen tollen Urlaub am Ende des wunderschönen Virgentals verbracht.

Tolle Möglichkeit, ein paar Tage "offline" zu gehen

Wir haben als Gruppe von 6 Personen einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt genossen. Das Haus bietet eine wunderbare Atmosphäre zum gemeinsamen Kochen, Entspannen, Plaudern, Essen - dafür eignet sich der Wohnebereich im Erdgeschoß bestens!Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt. Das Service durch Christian und seinem Team ["Hotel Heimat"] funktioniert bestens.Auch wenn die Sonnenstrahlen zu dieser Zeit den Platz vermeiden - egal. Wir haben den Kurzurlaub sehr genossen und können das Chalet gerne empfehlen.

Wir hatten 5 schöne, erholsame Tage im Blockhaus. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Man kann sich jederzeit an den Vernieter wenden, wenn es Fragen oder Probleme gibt.

Log Cabin in Hinterbichl

Beautiful property, great amenities. River just down the path. Amazing views of the mountains. Great trails right outside your door. The Gentleman who runs the hotel there was great. Funny and helpful with anything you need. If you are looking for a quite getaway, this place is great. Note... Sauna is an add on, you need to pay for energy used. Didnt use it, so wasnt an issue.

Ein traumhaftes, schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus!

Hallo, um aus dem Großstadt Trubel heraus zu kommen und abzuschalten, ist dieses Charlet einfach nur perfekt! Der Check In verlief reibungslos, wir kamen innerhalb 3 Minuten nach Ankunft in das Haus rein, sogar noch vor Check In und konnten vier wundervolle Tage abschalten. Ich empfehle das Haus und die Vermieter zu 1000% es ist perfekt! Die Vermieter sind unfassbar lieb und nett und stehen ständig zur Verfügung! Auch während der Fahrt informierten Sie uns über die beste Route. Herzlichen Dank!

Chalet mit Mängeln

Das Chalet wurde gebucht, u.a. wegen dem Holzkamin. Darauf hatten wir uns sehr gefreut. Leider durfte dieser nicht benutzt werden, es hing eine Kette mit einem Vorhängeschloss an der Ofentür. Leider bekamen wir keine ordentliche Begründung. Der Hinweis das im ganzen Haus eine Fußbodenheizung ist, hat uns besänftigt. Aber nur kurz. Es war drausen minus 5 Grad kalt. Das Haus wurde nie richtig warm. Um die Wärme zu steuern, mussten wir Bescheid geben, dies wurde per App gesteuert.. Kuschelig warm war es nie, wenn wir abends nach Hause kamen. Auch eine Garage wie beschrieben gab es nicht. Das Auto wurde vor der Haustüre geparkt, eine Art Carport. Auch wurde der Weg zum Haus nicht vom Schnee geräumt, obwohl die Anreise bekannt war. Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise war sehr einseitig. Weder haben wir Hinweise zum Check in bekommen, noch wurden wir in irgendeiner Art willkommen geheißen. Es war zwar jemand da, der uns die Schlüssel übergeben hatte, sehr netter Kontakt, aber das war es schon. Als ich die fehlende Wärme ansprach, kontakierte mich der Eigentümer, der nicht vor Ort war, telefonisch. So ein Gespräch gegenüber eines Gastes, hatte ich noch nie erlebt. Es wurde nicht mal gefragt, ob wir gut angekommen sind, uns wohlfühlen, o.ä. Es wurde sofort die "Mängelliste" angesprochen. Dieses war ein kleiner Zettel mit ein paar Sachen die ich in der Küche vermisste. U.a. tischsets, da der Esstisch eine Glasplatte hatte. Er verwies mich auf die Schiefertafeln. So etwas kann ich nicht als Tischset nehmen. Ein Teil (Salz, Pfeffer, Öl) war dann doch vorhanden, das ich leider nicht gesehen hatte. Der Hinweis auf die Kühle des Hauses, wurde beantwortet mit der Aussage: die Gäste vor uns hätten sich nicht beschwert. Wenn wir es unbedingt warm haben möchten.. Mir hat es die Sprache verschlagen. Das Gespräch wurde schnell beendet, und ich habe mich nicht mehr wohlgefühlt. Auch ist mir im ganzen Haus die teils fehlenden Leisten am Boden aufgefallen. Hier schaute teilweise das Dämmmaterial heraus, und flog herum. Die Holzbretterregale im Ankleidezimmer, wurden mit grauen Stoff überzogen und angetackert. Auch das hätte man schöner machen können. In der einen Dusche war es ziemlich dunkel, da fehlte ein Licht. Verdunklungsrollos im Schlafzimmer wären angebracht, hierfür mussten wir die Vorhangschals vom Knoten befreien. Das Chalet war an sich ein tolles Haus, für den Preis und die Beschreibung erwartet man auch, das alles in Ordnung ist.

Klasse!

Wir waren die letzte Januarwoche hier und hatten wunderbare Tage und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Chalet ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, wird beides dort finden. Eine tolle Woche liegt hinter uns!!! ... und ein wirklich netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern!

Schöner als auf den Bildern!

Dieses Haus ist eine Komposition an gutem Geschmack, Funktionalität,viel Wärme und Gemütlichkeit. Und dann dieser Holzduft :-) Das ist mal eine Küche in der man sich ausleben kann. Die Bäder sind ein Traum, da möchte man gar nicht mehr raus. Die Umgebung ist exakt wie beschrieben ein Terrain, wo man die Seele baumeln lassen kann, viel Natur und kein Trubel. TV Gucker und Musikhörer kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten. Der Außenbereich ist gerade in Arbeit. Im Hotel (Heimat) nebenan kann abends ein Bierchen oder ein guter Wein getrunken werden. Da hat sich jemand wirklich Gedanken gemacht.
