The BoatHouse: Bright Beautiful Home w/ Hot Tub, Kayaks and Boat Dock

Welcome to The Boat House! We are pleased to share our family's vacation home with you and thanks to Hurricane Helene it has been completely remodeled. This warm and inviting 3bd/2ba, with a private Hot Tub, is situated on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking a deep-water canal. Your vacation destination for Gulf Coast dining, beach lounging, fishing, scalloping, swimming with the manatees, the Sponge Docks and Anclote Island. You will simply fall in love here living the Salt Life.

Between the Boat House and the Gulf there is a bridge that limits Watercraft size and height depending on the tides. Please inquire for more information

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Wash and place all dishes in the drying rack or back in their original place -Please start a load of towels/washrags
-Set the Thermostat to Cool Mode at 77 degrees -Make sure the bungee cord is hooked on the hot tub
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-No open flames inside at any time (candles, incense etc.)
-No Downloading illegal or copyrighted content. No making configuration changes to the hardware or software of our internet infrastructure
-The Boat and Lift at the property are NOT part of the rental. Guest assumes all risk and liability when using the FLOATING DOCK to moor watercraft

Great time at the Boathouse

We had a wonderful time at the Boathouse. It was located close to restaurants and stores especially Publics. The host had left supplies to start our stay which was most welcomed, was very accommodating, and quick to answer any questions we had. The hot tub was great and we used it almost everyday.

LOVE the BoatHouse!

The house is darling; so well equipped in every way, super clean and comfortable. Matt is an excellent host! It's on a canal! So many bird species visited every day, and we actually watched a dolphin frolicking in the canal! Very comfortable for guests. We can't wait to stay at The BoatHouse again!!

The home and location were amazing the host responded very timely and was very informative. All your cooking utensils and seasoning or just like your home In case you forgot something. Great family hideaway on a canal

We loved this place. It had everything we needed to serve as our home base for a family visit/couples vacation. Everything you could possibly need is a short drive away. The hot tub is a great amenity for the end of the day. We really enjoyed sitting out back watching the fish jump out of the canal. There was more than enough room. And it’s as if the host anticipated everything we might need in the kitchen. A really nice and well kept house in a great location.

We could not have been happier with the home! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and well-stocked with anything we could have needed. The host does a great job of ensuring you are taken care of—from cooking essentials to paper products to toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). He also has a great welcome guide that contains any and all information about the home and surrounding area that you could possibly need.We were adamant about renting a property on the water and are so glad we came across this gem. Sitting out back looking at the canal was incredibly peaceful. The area is nice and quiet and the neighbors were very kind. Don’t let the lapse in reviews deter you. 10/10 recommend. You won’t be disappointed!
