This space is incredible… Our group had an amazing time in Tampa staying at Dylan’s property. The house was clean, check in was easy, and Dylan was easy to get in touch with before and during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here with a large group! Plenty of space/beds for everyone as well! We will be back!

House was good, enough beds for what we needed and paid for. House was set up for the weekend, and host was responsive. Biggest issues was lack of internet. Constantly going in and out which was frustrating with a bunch of people trying to do business and watch tv, all depended on strong internet. Host tried to solve the problem but was not able to help us during our time there. Internet is everything to everyone these days - a back up solution would have been great.

We're sorry the internet connectivity issues impacted your experience, especially with members of your group needing a reliable connection for work. When the issue was first brought to our attention, we worked with you to troubleshoot the connection and initially believed we had resolved it. Unfortunately, when the problem resurfaced, we contacted Spectrum to arrange a service visit. Their earliest available appointment was the following day, after your scheduled checkout, which left us unable to get a technician out during your stay. We completely understand how frustrating unreliable internet can be, particularly when so many activities depend on a stable connection. While we did everything we could on our end, we were ultimately limited by the internet provider's availability. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as well as your suggestion regarding a backup solution. We're always looking for ways to improve the guest experience and will certainly take that feedback into consideration. Thank you again for staying with us!

The house was spotless and comfortable. The backyard is very private - the screened-in porch with the hot tub, seating and TV was great for evening relaxing. Great location. Only regret was not staying longer.

Great house! Perfect location for us. Mostly adults in our group, we enjoyed the heck out of the lanai and pool area, very relaxing and quiet. Plenty of pool and bath towels. Check in process easy and Dylan is quickly responsive and easy to work with. Will definetly rent again!Wish there could have been a fridge in the laundry room or on lanai so you didn’t have to go up into the kitchen to get drinks/snacks.

We stayed in this home for almost 6 weeks and had a great stay. There are many amenities, including a heated pool and fun putting green. The backyard is very private and filled with beautiful landscaping. I highly recommend this property. Our host, Dylan was quick to respond and extremely open to helping with our needs.

The house is in a great location. The pool was nice and back yard landscaping was beautiful. The house was spacious. Host was fast to respond about any questions we had. House was perfect for our family get away and we would stay here again!

Loved our stay!

We had a great time staying here with our friends and all of our kids. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids in their 20’s to enjoy spending time together. The house was exactly as pictured - it was clean, beds were comfortable, the living room was a perfect gathering place, the pool and games were a big hit and the location was great. We would definitely rent it again!

Stayed for a week celebrating Christmas with our kids and grandchildren. Excellent communication with Dylan. Highlight was the garden “a little oasis “. Pool & hot tub were a big hit with the children. Very spacious house with sitting options.Safe area & close to everything. Beds were very comfortable. No bugs. Would def. Come back.

Pool was great and my grandkids loved the pool as well as the entire property. So nice to walk out of the house and screened in area into a great pool. I would say we had a great time and the general cleanliness of the house, linens and pool was very good. The pool was cleaned twice while we were there. However, the pictures show a pristine property but at this point it is a bit weathered. Some power washing, furniture and drapery cleaning and fence repair would make a big improvement. This was our first time going to Tampa as a family and overall we had a great time. The host was responsive and friendly. We were made to feel at home in the property.
