Bold Boutique Home with Heated Pool

Look no further, this new construction 4 bed, 3.5 bath sleeps 10 and has ALL you would desire for your next Nashville Getaway. Enjoy this unique unit featuring an amazing outdoor space with a heated saltwater pool.
The first floor of this house holds a custom built kitchen with stunning gold features, a living room, a half bathroom, and a dining room. The kitchen has a set of four barstools under the island. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. We have a dual Keurig that you are able to use the pod feature and coffee pot feature on. Access to your private pool is on the first floor as well. The heated saltwater pool is fenced in allowing for the ultimate private backyard space. The outdoor area has four pool chairs, and an outdoor dining table that seats 6. In addition, there is also a gas grill in the outdoor space. The second floor has two bedrooms each with a queen bed and a full bathroom. The third floor offers two bedrooms each with a queen bed. They both have their own full bathroom in each bedroom. On the third floor, there is also a small patio space overlooking the outdoor pool. Towels and linens are provided for your stay. There is a queen air mattress with linens provided as well. POOL IS OPEN MAY 1ST- OCT 1ST.

This property was incredible and is exactly as described and pictured! The private pool was such a special treat! Check-in was super easy and the host checked in right away to make sure everything went well. We would definitely rebook this gorgeous place again and would highly recommend to anyone!

Awesome Back to School Weekend

Property was just as listed in photos and description - host was extremely responsive and the house/pool were very clean. Rideshare to / from the property to Downtown never took more than 5 minutes to arrive at property once requested - - super convenient.
