Excellent

Disappointed with the dirty, muddy water. The property itself was outstanding.

Glad you enjoyed the house and sorry that you stayed right after a storm which has impacted the water quite a bit causing muddiness and some fallen branches. Our kids spend big part of the summer enjoying all the lake activities so I hope you visit again when the weather cooperates and will get to enjoy the lovely lakes region again.

Like being welcomed into their home

The home was as described. They have thought of all your needs. Items in home were well taken care of, pots, pans, dishes, coffee.. They really do anticipate your needs. They even left us a gift since there was a birthday in our party. Can't wait to stay there again!

WE LOVE THIS PLACE!

My family and I have now stayed at this property 3 of the last 4 years. And there are A LOT of reasons for that. Let's start with the basics - the house is great and exactly as described, the property is MUCH better than advertised - having a sandy beach front to ourselves, plus the fire pit, PLUS the HOTTUB (new addition since we had last stayed here) - PLUS the view from inside the house should you choose to chill out inside...and I haven't even mentioned the kayaks, SUP, PFDs etc that they supply... And the owners are amazing. Quick to respond, on top of everything, easy to work with, and just friendly good people. Hard to complain there. Add to all of that the location - a beautiful low-key lake, great swimming and paddling, incredible (and underrated) fishing, proximity to multiple fun towns for other distractions, great local hiking...I'm not sure what else to tell you. We have had nothing but incredible times, making great memories together, every time we've stayed here. At the risk of making it harder for us to book a vacation here - this place should be near the top of your list if you are looking for a place in the NH lakes region. You won't regret it.
