The highlight is your large private patio with pool and garden views, dining for 8, sun loungers and a propane grill, perfect for sunset dinners. Enjoy central AC, Wi-Fi and an assigned parking spot. The gated complex has 24-hour monitoring, 4 pools, a fitness center, tennis and pickleball.

THE SPACE
Living Area & Kitchen
This bright ground-floor condo has an open-concept layout, with the kitchen flowing into a comfortable living room with a cozy sofa, coffee table and 55-inch smart TV (just bring your own passwords for Netflix, Hulu and other streaming apps). Large sliding glass doors bring in natural light and open onto your private patio. You'll enjoy strong Wi-Fi throughout the unit and the complex, hot water, central air conditioning and plenty of storage.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, small countertop oven, microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge with a bottom freezer and ice maker, Keurig dual coffee maker (drip and K-cups) and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. Please note there is no full-size oven. There is also a commercial ice machine in the complex, so there is no need to buy extra ice.
A starter pack of 1 roll of paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap and a sponge is provided. Condiments are not provided but are left for the next guest if applicable.

Private Patio
The large private patio has pool and garden views, a dining table with 8 seats, 2 sun loungers, a propane BBQ grill, and an outdoor lounge area with a 2-seat chair, 2 individual chairs and a coffee table. Both the living room and the master bedroom have sliding glass doors onto the patio. A few steps lead down to the lawn, and just beyond it a vine-covered path takes you to the teen center/game room, business center, fitness center and the community pool. PLEASE NOTE: the hot tub is out of service.

Bedrooms
2 bedrooms, sleeps 6.
Master bedroom: king bed, 55-inch smart TV, walk-in closet, full en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower, and a sliding glass door to the private patio.
Second bedroom: 2 queen beds, a wall-length closet and a safe. The second full bathroom is right next door in the hallway.

Bathrooms
2 full bathrooms, both with modern glass shower panels. Each bathroom has fresh towels, hand soap, a hairdryer and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Please bring shampoo and body wash.

Laundry
A private washer and dryer in the unit. We provide a small starter pack of laundry soap. Please use only HE liquid or pods, not powdered soap.

Beach Items
Beach cooler, low-profile beach chairs, beach towels (one per person) and a beach wagon. We do not provide beach umbrellas or pool floats, but we leave pool floats behind when previous guests leave them in good condition. For sanitary reasons, we do not provide or keep snorkel gear. We also do not provide a radio or speaker for the beach, so please pack one if you'd like music.

Children
Children are welcome, but please note the unit is not childproofed. There is no crib or highchair. A pack 'n play or booster seat may be available on request, so please ask ahead. The private patio is not fenced, and steps at the end of the patio lead down toward the community pool. There are no lifeguards on duty at any of the pools, so supervision is required at all times.

Oceania Residences Complex
Oceania Residences is a gated community with 24-hour security, directly across from Eagle Beach, with gates from the pool areas so you can cross over to the beach. This unit is in the Palm building, the first building on the left after the security gate. Guests enjoy free access to 4 pools (one at the Palm building and three in front of the Arashi building), a large fitness center, business center, teen center/game room, playground, tennis court, pickleball, squash and racquetball courts, and a commercial ice machine. There is one assigned parking space for your stay, plus visitor spots.

GUEST ACCESS
Because the complex has 24-hour security at the entrance, guests cannot arrive before 4 PM without prior approval. Upon booking, you'll receive an electronic welcome link that you can easily share with your guests, with all the essential information for your stay. The unit has keyless entry; you'll receive your code at 3 PM on your arrival day. Self check-in and self checkout make arrival and departure easy. Check-in is at 4 PM unless otherwise arranged. Guests have full access to the entire unit, except the locked owner's closet in the second bedroom.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We're always available if you need us! You can reach us anytime through the platform, phone, text or email. Our contact info is listed in the welcome link you'll receive once your booking is confirmed. We recommend downloading WhatsApp, which is widely used on the island; it makes it easy to book restaurants, call a taxi and stay connected with us during your stay.
