We loved our time at 30A Blue. The home is nestled on a quiet street that is an easy walk to the beach, the pool or nearby shops. The outdoor spaces extend the living and offer a lovely place to relax after a day at the beach. The interior of the house was beautiful and we felt right at home. We especially appreciated the super comfy beds!We can't wait to return!

Clean, up to date, and very comfortable! The beds and linens were so comfortable we didn’t miss home! The quiet street was nice and we even had a deer sighting. The host was quick with communication and we enjoyed our stay!

Our family had a great week at 30A Blue! The property was extremely clean and the host was super-responsive on everything. The home is well-equipped and a good setup for up to two families, with 2 king en-suite rooms and a bunk room for 4. The location is convenient to shopping, dining, coffee, fresh seafood, groceries, etc. We also appreciate that it is pet friendly! We enjoyed the use of the golf cart and also the beach equipment provided. Beach access was ok, but not perfect. A large storm came through making the East Lake access difficult. The Ramsgate access worked ok with a little shuffling of equipment and hauling our things down the beach to a public area for setup. Our only wish was that the living room furniture was a bit more comfortable for lounging around with family in the evening. There’s a pull-out sofa that would be helpful if needed as a bed, but was not great for sitting. Other than that, no complaints!

Amazing Property

Great stay again!

Always love staying in this area of 30a we again had a great stay. Have stayed at another property of Monika’s last year and loved it and this was just as great. Good close location to the beach with a very easy walk. Rented the golf cart from them this time and found it to be very convenient for quick runs and dinner. Loved the stay and will be back for sure!

Wonderful Home

We had an amazing stay! Very comfortable and spacious home for our family of 6. Monica was amazing and very accommodating. The pool was close to the home and grateful for the included beach chairs. We would definitely stay there again!

A week of simplicity....

We loved our stay at 30A Blue. We stayed for 7 days with our 5 children. The accommodations were perfect and we loved the easy access to the beach, Seaside, Alys beach and Rosemary. The house has a wonderful beach vibe and everything we needed was available!
