Dreamwood Manor is located in the Kings Deer community with a public golf course and miles of walking/biking trails. It offers the perfect getaway for family reunions, corporate retreats, girls/guys trips, or romantic getaways. It is close to the Denver Airport, Garden of the Gods and many hike and bike trails.

From the welcoming front porch, you will notice your own private putting green. As you enter this beautiful home, the spectacular views will greet you from the far windows of the living room drawing you in. This elegant front room is equipped with a fireplace and has access to the upper deck which has an outdoor gas fire pit, plenty of seating and breathtaking views of the mountains and pool below.

Also located on the MAIN LEVEL:
-Private Office/Den that includes a collection of books for your enjoyment, executive desk/chair and additional massage chair.
-Master Bedroom Suite with fireplace, sitting area, and coffee/wine bar connected to a private deck. Highlights of the luxurious master bathroom include two sinks, vanity area, jetted tub, bidet, and rain shower head.
-Two additional bedrooms (each with king sized beds and their own private bathrooms)
-Formal Dining Room with fireplace that seats 12.
-Fully stocked beautiful Gourmet Kitchen with quartz and granite countertops, double ovens, two dishwashers, wine fridge and professional-grade appliances. Nespresso machine, Keurig and regular coffee pot available with more than a dozen complimentary coffees to choose from. This dream kitchen has everything you need for cooking memorable meals.

The LOWER LEVEL includes:
-Three additional bedrooms (one with private bathroom, one with shared bathroom featuring a bunk room with barn door that sleeps 5).
-Entertainment area with wet bar, pool table, game table, piano, sitting area with fireplace and plenty of board games to choose from.
-Theater room with reclining leather seating, projector movie screen and popcorn machine. This media room is also equipped with an Xbox and PS5 with an assortment of video games to play.
-“Hidden” kids playroom with lego table and a variety of toys.
-Full gym with workout equipment, weights and everything you need to stay in shape. There are slider doors off the gym area that will take you to the pool.

OUTDOOR POOL/HOT TUB/BBQ AREA:
On the lower level is where you will find the Outdoor Oasis featuring a beautiful heated pool which backs to a picturesque setting of open space and a magnificent mountainside. There is also a large jetted hot tub and a covered gazebo area with string lights, built-in grills and plenty of prep/cooking space. Whether you want to lounge in the sun or sit under the shade of a tree, there are plenty of options to relax. Rafts and pool toys are available to use as well as oversized pool towels and complimentary sunscreen.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE AMENITIES include:
-Surround Sound whole house speaker system (can connect phone to play music)
-Complimentary toiletries including shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion/etc.
-Blow dryers/hair straighteners to use during stay
-TVs throughout the house with cable and streaming options

LOCATION:
This upscale, elegantly decorated but comfortable home is conveniently located in the quaint town of Monument, which is an hour south of Denver, but just minutes from Colorado Springs. Monument is part of the “Tri Lakes” area which features three small lakes, two of which are used for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. We have a charming downtown area with boutique shops and local eateries. There are also plenty of beautiful hiking trails just minutes away and so much to see within a short drive including Garden of the Gods, the US Olympics Training Center, the Air Force Academy, Pikes Peak Cog Rail, and much more!

Note: There is no trampoline at this property. Pool is shutdown from December to May unless a longer stay is booked and it’s requested. At which time it can be serviced, but we must know ahead of time.
