About this property

3 BR Townhouse w/View/Private Patio in Santa Clara/Heated Pool/EV Friendly

We fully-furnished our (1,833 sq ft) townhouse so it has everything you need. The kitchen is 100% equipped (so you can actually use them, including must-have coffee supplies). We have fast, 5GHz internet at 600Mbps to ensure zippy entertainment and video calls.

Features:
-Master bedroom - King Bed
-2nd bedroom - Queen Bed
-3rd bedroom - Queen Bed
-Loft - Futon Bed (great for a couple more kids to sleep)
-The Heritage Pointe pool is heated and open March through Oct. Hours: 6A-10P (Sun-Thu) 6A-Midnight (Fri/Sat). Please follow the rules posted by the front door. Use key fob by front door to get in gate.

The 5 Smart TVs let you log into your favorite entertainment subscriptions (e.g., Netflix, Hulu). Or enjoy old-school leisure chilling on the back patio with provided games, puzzles, playing cards, etc. Bedrooms feature 4 pillows per bed, fresh linens on comfortable mattresses, and spare blankets to stay extra toasty. Bathrooms include shampoo & conditioner, body wash, blow dryers, plush towels, and more. Park in a spacious 2-car private garage keeps your stuff secure and cool in the summer.

The location was great! Close to all of our scheduled activities. New and quiet area! We used the community pickleball court and pool. That was great. The beds were comfy. The house did feel kinda dirty. I had a baby that crawled on the floor and his hands and legs would be black after crawling around the house. Overall, a good rental property.

Very clean, well supplied kitchen, large yet cozy 2 story townhouse. Close to mtn bike trails, Snow Cyn and St Geo proper. Nice, clean garage, great for our mtn bikes (and car). We'll do it again!

Everything about this place was ideal. It was very clean and very well equipped. Easy to find and convenient location. Unit came with 2 electric bikes, which we enjoyed briefly...until we realized 1 bike had a flat tire. That was the only downside to our entire stay. We come to St. George 4 times per year, and we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful townhouse, amazing location & very clean !

This townhouse was lovely. Set up very well and very clean. Communication was so easy. We had no issues with our stay. It was very comfortable, well stocked, close to everything and extremely clean. The Master Bedroom was very nice and the master bath was awesome. Very large shower, dressing area and dual sinks. I was very impressed with this home and would absolutely stay here again.
