Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including 1 bathroom 1 suite, living-dining area and open kitchen. The apartment has air conditioning hot / cold. A storage room with washer and dryer belongs to the apartment. A guest bed, a travel cot and a high chair are also available.

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and a Kühl-Gefriekombination.

The terrace is 26sqm in size. It is equipped with a round dining table with 4 chairs, a lounge seating area and 2 sun loungers.

The apartment is located in the Cala Mandia in a very well maintained complex with a large communal pool. The pool can be reached directly from your garden (about 80 meters). A private parking lot is part of the rental.
