Magical Getaway

We spent two nights in the King Louis suite to celebrate my 50th birthday. Everything about the trip was amazing. Monty went above and beyond to ensure our stay was magical. Can not wait to go back and stay in the other suites.

Best romantic weekend, ever!

Great puzzles, wonderful place, great location! We love games and puzzles and solving them together, so this find was prefect for our preferences. The theme was pretty good as well. If you are not a couple when you start, you will be at the end.

Would stay again!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this property. All of the puzzles where fun and just challenging enough! Each room was decadent and fun. We followed the PRo TIP suggestions, had a wonderful dinner in the nearby town. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this property. The owner obviously spent a lot of time and thought curating the entire experience. I would do the whole thing again.

This is great to read, Alexis! We are still working out some of the kinks here and there but it is all rolling along fabulously! We have several guests who have said they would do it again too, but we hope to be able to provide some variations in our production, you know, to keep y'all on your toes and give you something new. But.... it sounds like the Genie Suite is calling out, a tad louder .(;

Romantic Escape Room

This property is beautiful! The town is very cute. The experience is so much fun and I highly recommend it. You work through clues with your partner and amazed as to what those clues lead to. You can have a romantic experience and walk around the historic town. You will have a blast!

Isn't this place great!? I mean, if we could say so ourselves... there is so much rich history here; not just at the Larimore house, but Knox County/Mount Vernon overall the perfect draw for tis most new & unique model amidst the short term vacation rental landscape ... we are so very excited, we couldn't keep it to ourselves when we can share it with all of you! One suite down, two more to come!!

We had an amazing time in the paradise lost room. I did it because I wanted the personal moment bc I do not share my feelings. It was one of my favorite rooms. We also enjoyed the massage chairs.

Absolutely amazing!!!

The hosts messaged clearly and promptly while working great to offer whatever we may need. Whenever you think you are about done there are more clues and hidden passages for the next adventure! We had so much fun - way more than we thought we would! The only downside was that we couldn’t find any toilet paper anywhere for the restroom, but we also did not notify the host that it was all gone so?!?!?! Highly recommended getaway!

Escape into passion

From the days leading up to our stay, the curator went above and beyond expectations. The details he added to make our experience unique really meant so much. Everything was well thought out, clean and of course amazingly laid out. The escape room adds a romantic twist (and turns and slides oh my!) that is top notch. Private, romantic and so much fun. If you haven't booked, you're missing out.

Super Memorable!

We had so much fun! This was a definite shake-up for the typical date night routine. We were awed by all the details and giggled like kids along the way. Recommend you arrive as early as possible at check-in so you have lots of time to enjoy all the amenities. The puzzles/clues are manageable and the QR codes work great so there’s no stress at all. Loved the space in the suite and the opportunity to return to our favorite room multiple times.
