About this property

Come Enjoy this Lake Winnisquam waterfront home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 3 levels. All levels have walk out porches where you can sit and enjoy the magnificent views of Lake Winnisquam! You will not be disappointed when you wake up to see the lake right outside the door, and your boat on the dock!

The main level has a bedroom offers a Full sized bed, there is a full bathroom, and a living/dining area. The kitchen is well stocked, there are french doors that open to the screened in porch that spans the front of the home.

Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, Large master suite with a Queen bed and another bedroom with a Full bed, there's also a full bathroom.

The lower level has another living room seating area, a smaller bedroom with a set of bunk beds and another full bathroom. Step outside onto a nice patio area and the small grassy yard.

Parking is available for up to three cars in the driveway. Pets considered upon owner approval. Kayak and Paddle board are not included for renters.

Screened in porch is the best

The Location it’s great. Outside need some attention. The basement smells of mold and mildew. There were cobwebs in the foyer. The towel bars in the upstairs bathroom and main floor bathrooms are falling off the wall.

Perfectly appointed lakehouse

Thank you for sharing your lovely lakehouse with our family. It was well stocked with everything we needed to make it an enjoyable stay. The updates look great. The overall accommodations were perfect. The dock was sturdy and accessible. Loved the screened in porch. We hope you will allow us to spend some time there again next year.

Incredible view

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Waterfront on the lower portion of the lake. Incredible views from screened porch!. The home is well equipped in the kitchen. The master bedroom is wonderful, while the other 3 are very small. The home has a dock, but it is best for small boats. I had a 22 ft that was really too big for the dock. The home seems to be still under renovation. The bottom floor and the top floor seen to be complete and are very nice. The middle floor is still underway. The kitchen is complete but the floors and other still need to be done. Overall a wonderful location and a nice home. I would like to see it when all of the renovations are complete
