About this property

Cozy and charmingly furnished 30sqm apartments in a central location of Husum

For the friends of the Nordic taste, our apartment is just the right place to relax and feel good all around.

Built in 1889, the house was extensively refurbished and modernized in 2012/13. It was deliberately only high quality materials such as oak real wood parquet used in the stairwell and in all rooms of the living and sleeping area. The 30sqm apartment is stylishly furnished and has all the amenities of everyday life: a fully equipped new fitted kitchen with high quality kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washing machine and a TV and free Wi-Fi.

The apartment is very central. In just a few minutes you are at the historic Husum marketplace, the Husum castle park and the Binnenhafen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants. Our personal holiday and leisure tips, we have deposited in the apartment as a small collection of ideas. You do not necessarily need a car with this property.

Schöne, kleine Wohnung; zum Zentrum und zum Bahnhof wenige Gehminuten, gute Ausstattung, Kommunikation reibungslos, hat alles super geklappt und die Infos waren alle sehr gut und nützlich. Gutes WLAN; einzig der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war manchmal etwas schwach.Aufenthalt dort ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Gute Lage in Zentrumsnähe. Duschvorgang problematisch (kein Wasserdruck, kein Spritzschutz). Bett am linken Fußende defekt(muss geleimt werden, habe ich letztes Mal schon moniert). Beschwerlicher Treppenaufgang. Gute Ausstattung, aber kein Spülschwamm oder -tuch.

Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Würde die FEWO wieder buchen. Etwas schwierig mit dem Auto hinzugelangen aber hat ja alles noch geklappt.

Husum im Zentrum

Lage für meine Zwecke hervorragend, Ausstattung sehr gut. Nachteile: Duschabtrennung zum Badezimmer viel zu kurz. Code für den Schlüssel-Tresor bei Dunkelheit nicht lesbar. Ich musste mit dem Auto leuchten, auch dann noch schwierig.

INNENSTADT NAH, vom HBHof zu Fuß ein 5min Weg, helle neue und wertige Ausstattung. TV, große Küche mit Spülmaschine und sogar eine Effizienz top Klasse Waschmaschine, für den längeren Aufenthalt möglich. Allerdings ohne Garten, weil im 2. STOCK...dafür in 2 min an der Hafenpromenade, Tine mit Marktplatz und Schloss.

Husum 2021

Die Fewo entspricht voll und ganz der Darstellung im Netz. Die Lage ist sehr zentrumsnah, man kann alles auf kurzen Wegen erreichen. Die Erreichbarkeit der Fewo per Auto zum ein und ausladen ist kompliziert. Es handelt sich um eine Fahrradstraße.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft direkt im Zentrum Husums, Markt und Hafen ganz dicht. Tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Essen. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin, kümmert sich schnell bei Anfragen.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Wohnung. Sehr schön und gut eingerichtet und total zentral in Husum. Parken direkt um die Ecke, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Tolle Restaurants in Husum und sehr, sehr nette Leute überall. Unser Aufenthalt war klasse und wir haben trotz Corona alles genossen. Mit der Vermieterin hatten wir auch einen sehr guten Kontakt. Hier kann man nichts falsch machen!

Sehr schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral, ist gemütlich, Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Vermieterin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Leider gibt es keinen Parkplatz am Haus aber in der unmittelbaren Umgebung stehen außreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Rundum eine schöne Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und man erreicht alles fußläufig, was man als Urlauber so benötigt. Außerdem ist sie super ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
