Not Wheelchair Accessible

The condo was advertised a wheelchair accessible, it was not and this caused nothing but problems. We called it the vacation from hell. This condo for able people would be okay, but repairs need to be done to make it suitable.

We deeply regret that your son could not access the master bathroom in his wheelchair. We regret that we did advertise as wheelchair accessible. We have remodeled and removed the wheelchair accessible from our listing. We do have zero steps and tile flooring but for a large reclining wheelchair we did not have the ability to accommodate them in the bathroom.
