Explore Uptown at your fingertips from this extremely well located 3BR Duplex.

This unit is the lower level of a historic home built in the early 1900's.

You will have access to the entire first floor as well as the balcony outside your apartment.

This home was completely remodeled in 2022. The owner wanted a home that felt bright and airy.

We opted for a Nordic theme and layered it with different textures for a truly stylish experience.

You are walking distance to everything in Uptown.

We are dog friendly. We allow up to two dogs per reservation. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests and maintain our property in excellent condition, we have a few guidelines for pet stays:

Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet.
Security Deposit: $250 per stay.
The security deposit will be fully refunded through the platform if no damage occurs during your stay. These measures help us keep our home in great condition for you and future guests.

To ensure the safety of both our guests and the security of our residence, we have strategically positioned external surveillance cameras around the perimeter of our home.

Great stay during Big 10 Tourney weekend

Very spacious, completely renovated 3br lower level unit in Uptown. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and the lakes. Just a short drive to the Target center. Host was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations!
