NEW! Fieberbrunn - Large new house with sun terrace (5 min to the lift)

Our dreamlike new chalet was finished at the end of 2018 and offers over 3 floors high-quality equipment with lots of wood in the Tyrolean alpine style. A large window front with its own sun terrace offers a great view of the mountains and invites especially in summer for a BBQ with family and friends on the terrace. On foot it is 5 minutes to the center and next bakery and the valley station Fieberbrunn is located about 700m above the chalet and can be reached within 5 minutes by car.
The chalet has 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. The large living kitchen area upstairs with fireplace offers a cozy atmosphere to get together, cook together and eat. The kitchen offers a high quality ceramic hob and of course oven, microwave, toaster, espresso and coffee machine and a Weber BBQ on the balcony so that no wishes should be left. In addition, a two-zone wine fridge is integrated into the kitchen so that wine connoisseurs will get their enjoyment.
The chalet has its own entrance, access to 2 covered parking spaces and a heated room for skis, bikes etc.
Wifi and Lan connection in every level, as well as television with cable TV, Netflix and Youtube function are in each room available.
In the basement there is also a laundry room with washer and dryer and an additional games room with Wifi & Lan connection and a large TV. For toddlers we have a fold-out baby bed that is always available and fits in every room.
We grant you flexible access to the chalet with a key-slave (check-in at the apartment from 16:00 o'clock and check-out at 10:30 o'clock in the morning). After completing the booking you will receive a code. Thus, they can travel calmly and independently. The day after your arrival you will receive a detailed instruction on the use of the equipment (kitchen, fireplace) and can ask your questions. On site there is more information material for them, eg. B. for leisure travel, but also for emergencies.
