Our quiet duplex sits less than 5 miles west of downtown Fayetteville. Centennial Park and Lake Wedington are even closer!

The property has two bedrooms, a TV room with a sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom available to use. It's an easy setup to enjoy--sleep well on the queen-sized memory foam mattresses and cook in the fully remodeled kitchen that features a new fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Great place to stay in Fayetteville

Everything was perfect, clean, and just as expected. On a quiet street. Everything was just as advertised and we will stay there again on our next trip to Fayetteville.

Opening football season

This place was just right, it was in a great location away from the college traffic, close to everything. It was clean. We where in town to watch our son play football for the Razorbacks.
