Our location is 40 min. from San Ysidro Mex. border and just 10 min. to downtown Rosarito and papas and beer, 1hour to Valle de Guadalupe Wineries and just 15 min. to the famous Village of Puerto Nuevo (house of lobsters). this is a 24/7 guarded community, full equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, patio with furniture, BBQ grill and firepit, washer and dryer, terrace on roof top for you to relax with the great view, community pool.

No running water to do anything!

This place looks great but if you cant take showers or go to the restroom especially after a long day at the beach it will be your worst nightmare. We contacted the owner but she claim that she did not know about the water situation in the private new development area. I will never stay here again.

The property itself inside and out looks good. The property states it could accommodate up to ten people, but eight of us went on this trip not being able to sleep well nor was there enough water for all of us. Only three people were able to take a shower, in the description it claims there would be hot water to take a shower but no one was able to get any hot water. After the third person finished showering there was no water left, to wash our hands if needed nor the ability to flush. The hand rail leading to the second floor wasn't bolted on, almost causing one of us to fall. It's a big safety issue that needs to take care of before letting anyone rent this property out. Please address these issues for future tenants. Thank you.

I would stay here again

Everything here was to our satisfaction, starting from checking in process to communication with Atzimba. She was super responsive to our questions. The place is close to a lot of stuff in Rosarito, guarded gated community give my family and I am extra sense of security. Our favorite part was the roof top where you can see the ocean, enjoy morning coffee and dinners. Over all I would recommend this place.
