Welcome to Queens Grant 586, the perfect family villa for a weekend getaway in Hilton Head Island! Settled into the LowCountry, you can expect frequent visits by the local ducks while enjoying the comfort of 1988 heated and cooled square feet. Living Spaces:
This villa features a spacious open layout with a dining table for 6, comfortable and coastal furnishings in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Accommodations:
The home sleeps up to 8 guests with three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa. The first-floor primary bedroom and one upstairs bedroom each feature a king bed, while the third bedroom includes a queen and a twin. This condo was the perfect destination for our family of four and our pup. The condo was stunning. Everything appeared brand new and was well appointed with pots, pans and dish ware . The decor is beautiful and the location is perfectly centrally located within Palmetto Dunes. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Palmetto Dunes Beach Getaway

This place came as advertised on the interior with upgraded bathrooms, kitchen stocked beautifully with a wide assortment of cookware, cooking utensils, dish ware and barware….more than you would find in a vacation rental. Surprised to see the daily appearance of wildlife….including deer. Very quiet and peaceful…close to the amenities. The Dunes Grill was a gem! I would definitely recommend this place to others.

We had an enjoyable stay at this condo. Queens Grant community was nice. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It was about a 15 minute walk to the beach which was not an issue for us but might not appeal to families with younger children or any mobility issues. The ease of check-in and the excellent communication from the property management team were greatly appreciated and added to the overall positive experience. Would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Great Condo

Other than location the condo was awesome. It had just been refurbished. Everything was new. The unit was immaculate. It had all modern conveniences and was well stocked. I just wish that it had been a little closer to the beach. That said parking was easy to find at the private beach entrance and there was also a free shuttle. We definitely recommend the unit.

The property is tired and needs cleaning and maintenance. The primary bedroom mattress needs replacing. The patio is adjacent to the road. The utility area has loose trash and the door needs repair. The furniture is dirty. The walls were dirty. The property manager gave conflicting information when asked for reassignment at check in. We were told it was not possible. After suffering through a couple of weeks, property manager indicated we could have been reassigned at check in but person who fielded our call provided incorrect information. There are better places and managers in Palmetto Dunes/Queens grant. We use short term rentals multiple time per year. This was our worst experience ever. Ended up leaving early and renting another place at considerable additional expense. After leaving we learned that friends have had similar issues with the property manager.

A super spot!

We stayed at 586 Queens Grant for three weeks in November. The property was clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. There is also plenty of room to spread out. When we had some difficulty figuring out the heating system, the management was prompt in answering our questions. The HHI weather did not meet expectations but the accommodations surely did!
