Your dining table seats 10, with a view of the sand and surf. Adjacent to the dining area is the living room furnished with the supple bone colored leather couches. Kitchen comes fully stocked and has both a Keurig and regular Coffee machine.

Another Great Trip to Vitamin Sea

We have stayed here multiple times, and it just keeps getting better and better. The property is clean, right on the beach, with a long deck that allows view of the beach and ocean. Every day sloughs/tidepools would form as the tides would go out, and the kids could chase small fish, look for shells and sharks teeth. I've lived in Florida all my life and for our family, this is the perfect beach house.Evan, the property manager, was incredible and very responsive. He made sure the BBQ grill was working before the visit (it wasn't, so he got us a new one) and an extra propane tank. Vilano Beach is uncrowded, but with restaurants close by. We are already planning another visit next year.

Awsome stay.

We needed a large home for our annual Thanksgiving week vacation. This home exceeded our expectations. It's right on the beach. There were enough bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas for all of us. The home was nicley decorated and had plenty of cooking and eating utensils as well as items for the beach. Also, the light switches were all labeled. The check in went smoothly as did the checkout. Didn’t want to leave!

Wonderful!!

Best beach vacation yet! Evan (property manager) is very responsive to any needs you might have! Will definitely be coming back here! Everyone in my party of 10 agreed that this was the best place we’ve stayed! No need to have to bring anything with you other than clothes because everything is provided with the house!

Amazing vacay

The house was roomy and beautiful! The porch overlooking the ocean was a great place to watch the sunrise and have a cup of coffee. There weren’t any stairs off the deck so it was safe for little kids and our dog. Loved it!

Wedding on Vilano Beach

Let’s say that having my family together was priceless. The views from the Vitamin Sea property and especially its deck were incredible. Property management was so responsive it blew me away. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for an oceanfront VBRO vacation home in the Saint Augustine area to take a hard look at Vitamin Sea VBRO.

Perfect Host and Place

Evan is a consummate property manager, incredibly responsive during our stay! Even helped us unload! I think we had 14 but not seven couples. Sleeps four couples and eight singles. Great place, superb view, and close to Saint Augustine and PVB.

Family Fun- Atlantic Ocean Style

Our family made wonderful memories during our vacation at Vitamin Sea. The beach was beautiful and was located right out of the door! The house is in a good location with the only negative being the proximity to the highway. The host was very accessible for our needs.

Lots of issues

The house is really run down. The dishwasher broke Christmas Eve and the oven broke 12/26. Two bedrooms share a shower in a bizarre configuration, which really should be disclosed. The property manager was very nice and very responsive, and gave us 200 for dinner one night, which is a Roman definitely, but didn’t suffice for 7 people and we got nothing for the second night we didn’t have an oven. For the cost, I was very disappointed.

Saturday-Saturday golf outing with retired Air Force Buddies

The property was the perfect place to relax after a full day of golf. The wind and surf take away the stress of the day. The owner was genuinely eager to insure we enjoyed our stay. The checkout process was smooth and easy as long as you follow house rules. Recommend for any group or family looking to get get away from it all.

Beautiful beach

Thirteen adults ranging in age from 19 to 75 managed to have a wonderful week at Vitamin Sea. There were some rain showers and some rip currents, but the group always found something fun to do that adapted to the changing conditions. The manager, young Evan Jordan, was cordial, when he visited on our arrival, and he saved us by bringing a plumber after we accidentally clogged the kitchen sink. It was a lovely week, and the family is anxious to visit again.

Vilano Vacation

Evan was attentive easy to communicate with and the home was perfect for multi-generation families. This tall family was appreciative of 3 king size beds. Love Vilano Beach, it is the perfect place to escape. Vitamin Sea had everything needed for the beach with towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys. It was the perfect home away from home. The cold bottle of Pinot Grigio was a nice, welcome surprise after our long day of travel!

Great family vacation !

We had a lovely time at Vitamin Sea ! There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of bathrooms ! The location was close to everything and the views of the ocean were amazing ! I watched the sunrise everyday from the large deck overlooking the ocean . Our adult kids enjoyed boogie boarding in the big waves after hurricane Idalia .Evan was great and made sure we were ok during the storm . I would highly recommend Vitamin Sea !

Family vacation, 3 generations

Vitamins Sea worked very well for our annual family beach vacation. We were sold with the THREE king beds!!! The house provided a variety of areas to hang out. The main living space was perfect when 10 adults and 2 children gathered together for meals and family fun. Location was prime. The house was as described although the “professional decorating”, albeit nice, did not appear recent.

Perfect Distance to Beach

We loved our stay at Vitamin Sea. The number of bedrooms was perfect for the 13 people who made up 5 families. The kids were thrilled with the bunkbeds. The short walk from the house to the sand made for a great distance to the beach. No more dreading the question, "I need. . (fill in the blank). Evan, property manager, was immediately responsive to our needs.
