Full of sunlight, ocean breezes, and gorgeous views of Lobster Cove, this oceanfront apartment is a beautiful home base for taking in the beauty of Boothbay Harbor. With Barrett Park right next door and the footbridge within walking distance, you'll have excellent access to the ocean shore and downtown shops, galleries, and restaurants.

This apartment sits on a waterfront piece of property that it shares with a main house. Walk home from a day spent gallery-hopping in town to be greeted by a front deck overlooking the cove - a lovely spot for sharing lobster rolls from Boothbay Lobster Wharf down the street.

Inside, find an open living space lined with windows and such at-home comforts as window air-conditioning and high-speed WiFi. There's a kitchen with every essential, an indoor dining table, and a streaming-capable TV for your evening entertainment. In the evenings, when you're not dining out, enjoy a gas grill and a propane firepit with a view of the water, which is shared with guests in the main house.

It's a very charming, well appointed, harbor/cove view home. We loved our stay. It was so peaceful. It was spotless, plenty of towels, essentials (dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tp, paper towels), and blankets. We would definitely go back.

We enjoyed our stay in Boothbay Harbor. The location is scenic. A very short drive from the downtown/tourist area. There is a nearby park and view of the water from the balcony. You do have to climb stairs up to the apartment so anyone with mobility issues should know that.

Great Boothbay location!

The place is very well kept in a great location. Barrett Park is right across the road great for a swim and relaxing. Far enough away from the touristy hub bub yet only about a mile walk into all the attractions. 👍👍👍

Great location!

Great location! Right across from Barrett Park that has a small beach. 10min walk to town. There is also a trolley that stops at the park 11-5 everyday if you don't want to drive. The house had all the cooking utensils that one one need. This was the first time I have used vacasa and would definitely use again in the future. The were very responsive to any questions I had.

Great Location, Great View

The apartment is in a terrific location and the view is wonderful! The kitchen is fully stocked, although we did not bother to cook! The bed is ok, the pillows were not great. We did have issues with WiFi. Make sure you completely unplug EVERYTHING and then hook it back up to get it working. It is a very nice place to stay based on location alone. There is a park across the road that is wonderful with access to swimming as well. It is walkable to town, if enjoy a good walk!

Great space and location

Barrett's Watch is well located for walking to some restaurants and the main town of Boothbay Harbor. The view is fantastic and we loved how easy it was to get around and the proximity to the park. We did not have kayaks or paddle boards with us, but the park is a great spot for launching watercraft and fishing. The neighborhood was really quiet and the apartment had plenty of space for two adults and our little 4-year-old. We would stay again in a heartbeat.
