Perfect for a family getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lots to do around the property (pool, hot tub, sauna, walks on the beach). Rooms were comfortable and the house was very clean. Bryan and David were very communicative.

We all really enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful, updated, spacious, great rooms (beds and bedding were comfortable), the hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge were a highlight. It's located close to the border and restaurants. We plan on returning with our spouses!

Beautiful place

The house is beautiful and the property manager was very responsive when we needed anything like more towels, etc. Very comfortable property, it is just buggy because of all the shaded trees but nothing that can be done about that.

Bryan and David were exceptional hosts. They were quick to respond to all inquiries and offered thoughtful suggestions for local activities. The home was beautiful both inside and out. It was a delightful blend of historical charm and modern luxury. The home was equipped with everything we needed to relax and enjoy a fall weekend getaway. We had such a great time here. We did experience issues with the hot tub not heating up but they came by to check it out asap. Communication was fast and efficient. The Sauna was gorgeous and really made our stay complete. Cant wait to return!

Everything was excellent. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna. The area is lovely.The windows and outside need a good cleaning but inside was immaculate.The neighbours big dog came to visit(soaking wet) a few times and it was hard to get rid of him. He would have liked to help himself to snacks. However he was friendly.

Beautiful Home for a Family Trip!

We had an amazing week at this charming, spacious, and spotless home! The sauna, hot tub, pool, and beach access gave us plenty to do—just don’t forget the bug spray. The kitchen was well stocked, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus with kids.We had six kids with us, ages 2 to 19, and everyone had a great time. The house felt fancy and fun, with lots of space for everyone to relax.Waverly Beach, just 5 minutes away with free parking, was beautiful and quiet. The location was also great for exploring Niagara-area activities. Highly recommend!

Cozy Getaway

We found this beautiful home trying to find a place close enough to take our family to see the Falls and I fell in love. It really is my dream home. The house is absolutely stunning. My kids loved the hot tub and my husband and I enjoyed the sauna and our walks on the beach. We all slept great and in fact I’m already trying to buy the mattress we slept on in the master! I can’t wait to go back!

A very well managed paradise

Beautiful property with very caring Host , all that decor makes you feel home , especially if you are a pet owner that place is a Dog heaven with lots of greens to play and a huge heated salt water water pool , huge trees surrounding the property with a beautiful lake front ( perfect place for a bonfire ) I can go on and on but honestly its a must visit . Tranquil and Beautiful Farmhouse on Lake close to the Falls

The house was lovely and beautifully remodeled. It was located right next to Lake Eire with beach access and a pool, although we went and it was still chilly but nice to walk on beach then dip in hot tub at night. Within ~30 minutes to Niagara Falls it was convienant but also gave nice relaxing escape from tourist area and was minutes from border. David was responsive and great host. House was clean and even better than expected. Would highly recommend in any season!

We love it

Overall, great! The house, the pool, and the hot tub were fantastic. The owner was friendly and helped us a lot. Thank you. The only problem was the beach view. I was surprised to find a neighborhood between the house and the beach, which blocks the view and requires a walk around to get to the beach.

Our family really enjoyed our vacation here. The house was the perfect size for us (6 adults and 2 children). Everything we needed was provided. When we discovered that we did not have the chemical for the hot tub, I texted the owner and it was delivered to us within an hour. We were very pleased with the speed this was resolved. The pool, was clean and at a perfect temperature. As grandparents, it was great to sit on the covered porch and still be able to see our children and grandchildren enjoying the pool. It was only a short drive into Niagara Falls for sightseeing. We would not hesitate to book this location again for our family.
