Good for us

Nice comfortable, modern decorated home. Neighborhood quiet for us, and no problems getting into the property. Very quick response to all questions asked of the owner. No check-out instructions, so we did what we thought appropriate, then sent a message we were leaving.

Small and nice

The property was nice. Great location. Queens pizza was the best pizza ever. The house was nice and decorated. The motion light stays on a lot and comes through bedroom window. There were some ants in the bathroom. I am not sure what the 125 cleaning fee was for when we had check out instructions. Needs a good dusting and the blankets/pillows had a smell to them. There was plenty of supplies in case you forgot something and backup toilet paper so that was a huge plus. The flooring not being in the closet and the attic door half open was kind of an eye sore. Heat didn’t work well in back bedroom but the house was comfortable for our short stay and we are grateful.

My property is newly remodeled in 2022 and is located in a nice serene neighborhood. Furthermore, I am available 24 / 7 if the need arises. My property is a diamond in the ruff located 15 mins from downtown Cincinnati and surrounded by 50 plus restaurants within a 3 mile radius along with a shopping center and multiple grocery stores.
