Great place, highly recommend!

Great location, just a short walk to Beale St. Owner was quick to respond and communicate. Pics are great but don’t do it justice; her attention to detail went beyond my expectations. Would definitely stay again!

Property is in an excellent location. Even though right downtown, very quiet. We did Graceland, a river cruise and 3 nights on Beale Street. Had a great time!!

Comfort in Memphis

Decided to find a location in the Downtown Memphis are and I am beyond pleased. Simple touches throughout the property made my stay one to remember. The location is in hthe heart of Memphis and I will def book again. Property management gave a quick response. Check in and out was a very quick process. Hospitality was top of the line and I am thankful. Will be booking again for next Memphis stay.

Cancelled us one hour before our arrival she had overlooked our one year in advance reservation--left us now where to stay with no communication. Terrible host, no concern for guests terrible experience caution to all.

Basketball weekend

We had nice father-son weekend in Memphis. Apartment was in great location—was within waking distance from everything we were looking for. The listing is a little misleading, however. We needed two beds and there is really only one bedroom in the property—there is a “air mattress “ I discovered after spending a night on the couch. Also, neighbors are loud—dogs barking incessantly at all hours . Basically—served our needs for our weekend.

I arrived late, after dark, due to airline delays. The key pad on the front door did not work. The host said something to indicate that this wasn't the first time it had trouble. It was dark and, as far as I could tell, this was in a slum area. I was VERY uncomfortable until I finally got a call from her and she told me another way to get into the building. I'm a 6"1' man who weighs 215 pounds. If I was frightened, imagine how a woman would've felt. Fix the darned door!

Stressful stay

Was unable to check in the first day as reserved, property owner claimed the check in process that was emailed to me from VRBO was not correct. However, I never got any other email from her or VRBO stating anything different. I did everything as the email instructed. So, I had the additgional cost of staying in a hotel that first night. I was able to check in the original property on day 2. The neighborhood was a little iffy according to neighbors. She told us and another guest to park somewhere else if possible and to be in before dark. Upon entering the apartment it appeared beautiful. However, the floors were filthy and there was vomit in the kitchen garbage can. The property owner texted me to say said she put linens in the washer that morning and asked me to change over to the dryer for her. If the room was ready the day before, I do believe all of that should have been done and not left for me to do. I did so and folded them. I also had to wash the comforter and throw blankets before use because the smell let me know that had not been done in a while. I also had to clean the floors where we walked d/t our feet/socks being black from dirt/spills. The property owner communicated to me that she would contact VRBO to make them aware that I did not stay there as reserved the first night. She did not. So VRBO is saying since they were not aware within 24 hours they will not do anything. In addition I have reached out to the property owner twice with no response.
