About this property

House in Security Estate overlooking Table Mountain, Helderberg and False Bay

We rent our house with beautiful views in different directions from the three balconies - including the Helderberg and False Bay and Table Mountain. Furthermore, the modern house has a pool in the size 6 m x 3 m. The ground floor is still the kitchen and the living and dining area. The four separate bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the first floor accommodate four adult guests. In addition, the TV lounge is located on the first floor. The floor throughout the house is laid out with a light gray Italian tile. In one of the two bedrooms is air conditioning, which can regulate the temperature both warming and cooling, the other bedroom has direct access to one of the balconies. In the whole house there is W-LAN. Furthermore, a Sonos system, so that personal playlists can be played. The Schapenberg Estate is in close proximity to all excellent restaurants of different cuisine such as Waterkloof, Stables @ Vergelegen or 95 @ Morgenster. All golf courses are nearby: Somerset West Golf Club: 4km, Strand Golf Club and Erinvale: 7km, De Zalze Golf Estate and Stellenbosch Golf Club: 18km. Cape Town International Airport is 35 km away and Cape Town V & A Waterfront is 50 km away. All of the beautiful wineries in the Stellenbosch region can be reached in 20 minutes and those in the Franschhoek region within 45 minutes.
