About this property

A coastal chic home away from home. You are going to step into your own coastal oasis with a large private backyard to gather by the fire pit/grill a meal together. Only a few minutes away from the beautiful beaches, downtown SRQ, and St. Armands Circle. A great location to have the city life but also quiet enough to relax when you need some RNR. This house is part of a duplex. Contact owner if interested in renting both units. Both have private yards.

We do have two security cameras on the outside of the property to see the driveway and ensure everyone’s safety.

No more than 5 people, if more than 5 people at the house at a time an extra charge will be made or asked to leave the premises.

Minimum age required for booking is 25

Absolutely no parties or events. If this occurs a fine will be sent and you will be asked to leave the premises.

No smoking or vaping inside or in the backyard area of the house. If smoking or vaping does occur a fine will be sent.

For stays longer than 3 weeks we charge an extra smaller cleaning fee to have a mid-stay cleaning of $115, which will be scheduled however you like.

Great property

I stayed in Ivanhoe Hideaway for the month of February and I couldn't have been happier. The property was nicely decorated, clean, quiet, well stocked, and centrally located. I loved the private patio and the hosts couldn't be nicer. I highly recommend this rental.

Cute, clean place!

Super clean and modern, great location, great amenities. Perfect size for me, hubby, and Mom. Fire pit in the back and laundry room were a great bonus. Would definitely come here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location at the Hideaway!

We had a great stay at Ivanhoe Hideway. Beautifully clean and sharp with a fantastic location for Siesta Key Beach, Downtown Sarasota and St Armand shopping! Great backyard for relaxing as well. Thank you!
