About this property

The Ivanhoe Hideaway

A coastal chic home away from home. You are going to step into your own coastal oasis with a large private backyard to gather by the fire pit/grill a meal together. Only a few minutes away from the beautiful beaches, downtown SRQ, and St. Armands Circle. A great location to have the city life but also quiet enough to relax when you need some RNR. This house is part of a duplex. Contact owner if interested in renting both units. Both have private yards.

We do have two security cameras on the outside of the property to see the driveway and ensure everyone’s safety.

No more than 5 people, if more than 5 people at the house at a time an extra charge will be made or asked to leave the premises.

Minimum age required for booking is 25

Absolutely no parties or events. If this occurs a fine will be sent and you will be asked to leave the premises.

No smoking or vaping inside or in the backyard area of the house. If smoking or vaping does occur a fine will be sent.

For stays longer than 3 weeks we charge an extra smaller cleaning fee to have a mid-stay cleaning of $115, which will be scheduled however you like.

I stayed in Ivanhoe Hideaway for the month of February and I couldn't have been happier. The property was nicely decorated, clean, quiet, well stocked, and centrally located. I loved the private patio and the hosts couldn't be nicer. I highly recommend this rental.

Everything was perfect

Our entire stay was amazing. Owner always in contact and responded right away if we needed anything. The house is fully stocked from shampoo/soap to bowls, plates and condiments. I’ve never been in a place so perfectly detailed and clean. The area is good and you can walk down the street to a nice ice cream place with no problem. Backyard is beautiful and was always quiet and relaxing. You will not be disappointed booking here.

Great Place!

This was the best! Clean and everything you need! Only problem was the mosquitoes! They were demonic! Citronella candles and tiki torches couldn’t keep them away! Bring your OFF!
