Beautiful spacious apartment in an old palazzo completely restored, overlooking the canal of Cannaregio. 40sqm with balcony, dinning area, large kitchen with a second dinning area, two bedrooms (one with own balcony to the canal) 2 bathrooms with shower and washing machine. 3 TV one in salone and two in both bedrooms, air con, 12 windows, very bright.
Feel the real atmosphere of Venice, First floor, very easy access, 5 min from the main station without stairs, 10min from Rialto

The apartment is very spacious (100sqm) and has typical Venezian floors, classic entrance and 12 windows in total. A mix of antique and high level furnitures, luxury equipped kitchen, king size beds, all TV's are ambilight and compatible with smart phones, super fast wifi with 200MB / sec.

It would be hard to find a more helpful and communitave hostess. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. The area is a little off the beaten path, but if you use the water ferry it’s easy to get anywhere you want in Venice. As for the apartment itself, it is right on the water, clean and spacious for Venice. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent apartment in Venice! Our host was lovely and so accommodating. She let us check in early, gave delicious restaurant recs, booked our private departure transfer to airport by boat and left snacks at the home for breakfast. Location was ideal on a canal with beautiful views in a quieter spot. We walked or took water taxi everywhere. AC was superb during the heatwave. Gorgeously furnished apartment was loved by our family of five. We highly recommend this rental and can’t wait to return one day. Thank you!

Perfect Stay in Venice

Alessia is a great host. She gave us some great recommendations for food and places to go. Communication was excellent. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Close to everything. Wonderful place to stay

My husband, myself, and our 17 year old son stayed here for 2 nights while in Venice. Our host Ale was fantastic! Very friendly and informative. She gave us many local suggestions during our stay. The place is immaculate, with a great location close to the train station, and a wonderful view of the canal right outside your door. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and spacious place with a great host.

We had an amazing time in Venice!!! The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. Loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the water. Perfect stay in Venezia

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment, which was a short walk from the train station and located minutes away from all the tourist sites. Just a short walk to the Rialto Bridge and San Marcos Square, we enjoyed the vibrant and less touristy neighborhood, with restaurants and cafes. The apartment was beautiful and spacious, and we all had plenty of room for comfort. Alessia, the cohost, met us on site and welcomed all of us to Casa Agostina Venezia. A definite 5 starts and we cannot wait to come back.

Amazing Apartment!!!!

We could not have chosen a better place to stay in Venice!!! The location was perfect, as if was on a non crowded street, but a very short walk to everything. Only a seven minute walk from the train station and overlooking a canal. Apartment was spotless and absolutely gorgeous inside. The air conditioning in every room was so appreciated during the hot weather. Our host Ali was incredibly responsive and helpful and made check in and check out so easy! If we ever make it back to Venice, this is the only place we will stay.

Great location

Our family of 5 stayed for two nights in this super clean, spacious apartment, perfectly situated a short walk from the train station, yet out of the main tourist section. We were able to walk everywhere, going as far as Piazza San Marco 30 minutes away. Loved being nestled in a more residential area to get more of a local vibe. Alessia was an amazing host, welcoming us upon arrival, accommodating a late check out and providing several great recommendations for restaurants and what to do in the rain. On our second night, the storms were so significant, the canal overflowed onto our street. We chose not to go far from the apartment for dinner and simply ate in the restaurant downstairs. It was delightful! Local feel, good food and just steps away! Would definitely recommend this location for a

Alessia was an awesome host. She was in constant communication, met us at the flat and provided us with the insider’s scoop on places to go in Venice. The flat is beautiful, comfortable and well appointed. The location is perfect - very close to the train station and the tourist attractions, but off the beaten path.
