This 100 year old cottage was recently renovated. Charm plus all the modern amenities.

★ Walk to the village of Yarmouth Port and Dennis Pond beach with lifeguard in season.

★ Bedroom with queen-size bed and luxury mattress, duvet & pillows. Window A/C unit & streaming flatscreen TV.
Please note there is no closet, there is a shelving unit and an area to hang clothes.

★ Gas fireplace in the living room with comfy seating and large flat screen TV. Streaming services only.

★ Large fully equipped kitchen with island and marble counters. Seating for two at the island.
Door out to the backyard and patio.

★ Brand-new bathroom with glass shower and rain head shower system.

★ Lush backyard with ancient trees. Fire pit/seating area plus a dining area with seating for 4.
String lights add some magic.

★ Hammock hung between 2 trees.

★ Washer / Dryer

★ Parking for one car only in shared parking area with the main house. (See pic)

Perfect Getaway

The cottage was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean and cozy. Aruna and Joe were most accommodating and easy to work with. We loved every minute and highly recommend it.

Loved it!

Sweet Pea Cottage was just as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our winter stay with the cozy fireplace, lovely neighborhood, and easy access to places all over Cape Cod. The kitchen has every convenience one could want. As the VRBO write-up makes clear, it is tiny, so if one is staying with a friend, it should be a close friend or one whom you have traveled with frequently. For us, it was perfect!

Tiny house is a gem

Spent three nights in this quiet, bright, comfortable retreat. Kitchen has everything one would need. Nice bathroom, good bed. The location is excellent. Couldn’t enjoy the outdoor seating due to rain, but the fireplace helped.

Fall getaway weekend

Sweet Pea cottage is so cute and cozy. Aruna and Joe have thought of everything and were so delightful to communicate with. Quiet neighborhood close to pond and delicious breakfast at Jack's, super comfortable bed, great shower, amazing kitchen and great outdoor space. Was a great long weekend and would definitely book again!
