Our new and beautiful holiday rental, “Strandzeit,” is in an excellent, very central location—just 20 metres from the Binz beach promenade—in Haus Strandburg, Strandpromenade 36.
Enjoy wonderful moments on your large, covered balcony, or spend some sunny time at the beach in your own beach chair, available free of charge (subject to availability, May–September).
Our holiday rental, aptly named “Strandzeit,” is ideal for two people. For a possible third and fourth person, our beautiful apartment offers a high-quality leather sleeper sofa and, of course, blackout curtains in the living area.
The bright and welcoming living area features a pleasant, cosy atmosphere and modern, high-quality amenities, including a large LCD TV, free Wi-Fi, and a round glass dining table for 4 people.
The elegant and harmoniously integrated kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven with a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and various small kitchen items that round out the kitchen amenities.
In the separate bedroom, you can even enjoy a bit of a beach vibe thanks to a photo wallpaper featuring Binzer Beach.
It is furnished with a double bed (180x200), a large floor-to-ceiling window with access to the balcony, a large chest of drawers with ample space for your clothes, and, of course, blackout curtains.
The beds will be made upon your arrival, and a starter set of hand and bath towels will be provided for you.
In the entryway, you’ll also find a large mirrored wardrobe and a coat rack.
Your bright, modern bathroom is equipped with a floor-to-ceiling shower, toilet, hair dryer, large mirrored wall, and a heated towel rack.
Your car is parked safely and free of charge in our on-site underground garage.
If you bring your own bicycles, they can be stored in a private, lockable bike room along with the city bikes that come with the apartment and, if necessary, charged there as well.
The building also features a shared sauna and wellness area, as well as a washing machine and dryer (for a fee).
Wi-Fi access, your own beach chair on the beach (subject to availability, May–September), use of the two city bikes, and the large parking space in the underground garage are all available to you free of charge.
We’d be happy to provide a travel cot and a high chair for your child upon arrival (one-time fee of 10 EUR each)
Smoking is permitted only on the balcony; pets are not allowed.
We’ll welcome you personally upon arrival and provide a full orientation. Reliable and friendly guest service is a given for us!
There are no usage-based fees; you’ll only need to pay the visitor’s tax in cash upon arrival.
