Excellent location. Amazing views! Could definitely use some deep cleaning, but high touch surfaces were clean upon arrival. We stayed for Labor Day weekend, so it was incredibly overpriced for a long weekend, but that is somewhat expected. We would definitely stay again.

Loved the unbeatable view, but the access to the beach was not good for us because it was too steep. We never were able to walk on the beach but had to drive to other locations to walk. Upon arrival, the access code did not work and it took a while before we were able to get inside. The kitchen counters, chairs and floors were not cleaned for us. The beds were very comfortable. It was in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything you need, and there was plenty of off street parking. The instructions on what to do with the bed linens when checking out was confusing so we did not strip the linens. I’m sorry to leave such a negative report. We still enjoyed our time on the Oregon Coast. Thank you

We had the best time ever at this beach rental. So close to the beach and the big windows were spectacular to watch the ocean and waves. A very private location. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. We have already booked this house for our next beach trip in the spring!

Good family vacation home.

Gull Cottage met our desire to be on the dunes/beach and still be able to walk to town. The house functioned well, although some carpet desperately needs replacing.
