Beachy, cute, and comfy 1 bedroom Patio unit at Royal Mansions. This unit is southern facing and first floor for easy access. Quiet neighborhood, stay like a local! This complex is right on the beach, with easy access to restaurants, night life, and entertainment, but in a local neighborhood so sleeping at night is great with a quiet location! Plenty of space in this patio unit. This unit's occupancy is 5 including children and infants. Unit has walk through to bath area for bedroom privacy.

I respect my guests' wishes, so we offer no contact check in using a code on the door. But, I am on property, so I am a text or a phone call away to assist you in any way.

This is a quiet locals neighborhood. Take a walk on Ridgewood, or rent a bike which they can deliver, and bike down to the pier. This area is quiet, with no bars or restaurants right on top of you, but with plenty of things to do about a mile away. Live like we locals live, and enjoy our 700 feet of private beach!

Enjoy the morning or evening on your own patio. Just a few steps to the pool or the boardwalk, you are right there!

A rental car is recommended if you want to sight see, however, we have local uber service, bikes rentals, and taxis. Our complex does not allow boats, motorcycles, or scooters, or any type of camper or trailer, but you can rent bikes to enjoy a ride all over the island in this area.

You must be 26 years or older to rent this unit. You will be required to provide a copy of your valid driver's license and sign a contract. If you cancel, we will refund you the amount less any credit card processing fee.
