Welcome to the Red Magnolia where southern charm meets the beautiful SW Florida sunshine. We have everything you need no matter what you enjoy while on your escape to the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area. LONG TERM STAYS AVAILABLE. Ft. Myers & Sanibel Island beaches are a short drive away with some of the most beautiful sunsets in all the US. Shopping & dining all around or take a short drive to Ft. Myers or Naples. Come relax in paradise!

Our home is central to all the area has to offer including amazing restaurants for all you foodies. Enjoy cooking? Our kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. Need to work from home? Use our high speed internet and work away while you overlook the pool. We have 2 beach cruiser bicycles for you to use during your stay, plus beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels & a lot more for beach fun. Pool loungers, outdoor tables & chairs, high top table & bar stools, BBQ grill for you to enjoy your days by the pool that is heated for the cooler months. You just need to show up and we’ve taken care of the rest in our 3BR, 2BA home with a large lanai that overlooks the pool. Also a sofa sleeper if you need to accommodate a few more guests. If you have small children, we have a high chair, playpen, safety fence and safety doorknobs you can easily use/install during your stay.

Condo check in

We stayed the week as we were checking in on the reconstruction of our condo. Home is fully equipped and excellent amenities. Live the personal touch of snacks, coffee and wine upon arrival. Definitely will put it on my list for another stay when needed.

Excellent place!

The Red Magnolia is absolutely stunning. Very, very clean, decorated thoughtfully and without clutter. The pool and lanai areas are great. We enjoyed the openness around the pool and the privacy of the fence. There are so many personal touches that make this rental fabulous. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. It was close to everything you want and need. Check in and out was effortless. Thanks for a great stay!!

My wife and I visited the Naples, Ft. Myers, Cape Coral area for the first time in 2020 and decided that week we wanted a permanent piece of paradise so we immediately put the wheels in motion to purchase a home that we could enjoy and share with you.

Cannot say central to everything enough times. That is why we love it's location so much. There are SO many areas of SW Florida that you can access very quickly no matter what your interests are. You will LOVE the area!
