Lido Key condo w-private beach access

Condo in beautiful Lido Towers. Heated pool, Hot tub, Private beach access, Next to Ritz Carlton Beach club & famous Tiki bar, short walk to St. Armand's circle for wonderful restaurants & shopping. Short drive to downtown Sarasota.
One month minimum (per condo association). No partial month bookings (i.e. Jan 15 through Feb 16) for the months of Jan, Feb, & Mar. Any 30 day and greater booking for these months must include the entire month. Prospective guests are required to fill out a rental application with a fee of $100 payable (nonrefundable) to the association. Please allow 2 weeks for processing of application.

Relaxing Month

Renee’s condo was nicely appointed with the furniture and bedroom very comfortable. It has a great pool, and pool area, and just a short walk across the street to the beach. If you enjoy dining out there are many great restaurants all over the Sarasota area. Also enjoyed the warm Florida sun.

A few extras for a warm welcome

Location excellent. Accommodations “tired”. Towels and beach towels plentiful , but fall into well used category. Provision of a few basic items that make it easy for guests would be nice. Dishwashing soap, a few rolls of toilet paper, napkins, paper towels, salt and pepper, possibly other condiments, coffee filters. None required, but would make guests settling in easier and not need to run out for supplies. Overall, very pleasant stay.
