Nachsaison Mitte Oktober 2023 1 Woche mit 4 Personen. Direkte Strandlage mit Privatzugang. Ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen im Haus und im Außenbereich. Sehr freundliche und bemühte Betreuung vor Ort. Moderne Einrichtung. Beschreibung entspricht den Verhältnissen vor Ort. Das Haus und der Außenbereich hätte bei Übergabe sauberer sein können.

Tolles Haus mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir haben uns grundsätzlich sehr wohlgefühlt (6 Erwachsene) und den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen. Sardinien ist traumhaft und die Lage des Hauses perfekt für alle, welche vor dem großen Sommeransturm ruhige Tage mit direktem Strandzugang zu einenn kilometerlangen Strand verbringen möchten. Was sollte man wissen: - Das Zimmer auf den Fotos mit Blick auf den Parkplatz hat zwar eine große Fenster-Schiebetür, aber nicht jeder möchte über Nacht diese für Frischluft offenstehen haben. - Das 2.Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist innenliegend und ohne Fenster und Belüftung. Im innenliegenden Bad im EG hat die Lüftung nicht funktioniert (war es überhaupt eine?) - Im OG war das 3.Schlafzimmer und Bad perfekt - Am Tisch in der Küche gibt es wirklich nur 4 Stühle, deshalb interessant weil wir viel Regen hatten. Die Terassenüberdachung ist undicht und somit ist die Essgelegenheit auf der Terasse bei Regen und Stunden danch nicht nutzbar. (Die Lampen auf den Fotos übrigens hängen nicht mehr.) -Die Polster der Rattanmöbel könnten eine Grundreinigung vertragen. - ein wirklicher Garten ist nicht existent - Küchenausstattung: eigentlich sehr gut, aber es fehlt eine Kaffezubereitungsmöglichkeit für mehr als 2 Personen Wir hoffen, dass unsere Bewertung ein Ansporn für den Besitzer ist, dieses tolle Haus noch besser zu machen.

maison située à 1 minutes de la mer

maison très bien située, avec tous le confort à disposition, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, de nombreuses chambres, très bien équipé, un belle terrasse. Il y a le calme absolu pour passer des vacances au repos. Petit bémol sur les odeurs de canalisations, penser à les déboucher ou les nettoyer, entre chaque passage et il n'y avait pas de WIFI et c'est dommage ! connexion internet aucune.

Nice place, but with hidden problems

Overall price/performance could be great, if it were not some important details about which Interhome should warn customers.1. Keyholder – local lady completely doesn’t speak English.2. Get ready – no wine glasses no coffee maker no tea kettle 3. Customer should pay 20 EUR/person for final cleaning (I paid 120 EUR for 6, including children), but in the apartments rules is written that customer must clean everything by himself! Otherwise you loose 200 EUR deposit. This is ridiculous.

schöne strandnahe Unterkunft

Bei dem gebuchten Ferienhaus direkt am Strand handelt es sich um ein sehr schönes Objekt. Schöne Zimmer und Bad, gut geeignet für mindestens 6 Personen. Auch die Matrazen waren gut.Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Terrasse war sehr schön. Was schade war, war die enge Wendeltreppe in den oberen Bereich, über die man ausschließlich dorthin gelangt. Auch die Küchenausstattung, sprich Geräte hätte ein bisschen besser sein können. Alles in allem aber sehr empfehlenswert.
