Enjoy the lake & mountains at this 3BR/2.5 Bath peaceful and cozy getaway that sleeps up to 6 adults (8 max by request only). It’s a quick walk to the beach and town for ice cream, coffee, meals, water sport rentals, etc.

The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac so you won’t have to worry about the sounds of traffic from the main road or letting your little one practice riding their new bicycle.

The beach is just down the street and there is no shortage of hiking and biking trails to explore.

The space

Whether you are a family looking to spend a weekend at the lake, a couple looking for a romantic trip, or planning the next getaway with the girls, this 3 bedroom that sleeps 6 adults will make you feel at home from the moment you walk in the door. (We will allow a max of 8 guests if you reach out to the host with more details and she accepts your larger group size prior to your arrival)

Everything you might want to feel at home is there within reach: private parking, AC and air purifiers in each room, a fireplace, SmartTVs, we even have board games for when it’s time to unplug.

The 3 Bedrooms have plenty of natural light. And the double-pane windows will keep you warm in the winter or will offer a cool breeze when open during the summer. The blackout shades will keep the sun out if you want to sleep in.

The other two bedrooms are queens, one of which has a dedicated workspace with a monitor and a standing/sitting adjustable desk. There's a hallway bathroom that both bedrooms can easily access, as well as an extra bathroom downstairs.

The kitchen is fully stocked, including new stainless steel appliances, a French press and stovetop espresso pot for your coffee fix, a Ninja Blender, cleaning supplies, extra trash bags, etc.!

If there's anything specific you need in the kitchen for your meal prep, please don't hesitate to ask ahead of your stay.

The living room has a couch and ottoman to relax, as well as a reading corner with two chairs that you're welcome to move around. There are plenty of games in the cabinets!
Guest access
The walk to the beach and town is the best part of this house! You won't have to deal with the crazy summer parking in the public areas since one car fits in the garage, another in the driveway and there's street parking (please note: there is no street parking Nov 1 - May 1).

You can walk to the main Kings Beach or walk/drive a bit further to Speedboat Beach or others. I will provide you with a guidebook upon booking and arrival.

You are centrally located to major mountain biking resorts / ski resorts: 15 minutes to Northstar (Epic Pass), 27 minutes to Squaw/Alpine (Ikon Pass), 13 minutes to Diamond Peak, among other local ski resorts such as Diamond Peak, Mt. Rose, and Sugar Bowl.
